'BuildTrack Home' is a App that is part of the BuildTrack™ brand of high quality smart automation products offered by Surmount Energy Pvt. Ltd. BuildTrack™ automation products aim to provide safety, security, comfort, convenience, and energy savings in residential and commercial settings through a combination of smart hardware and software. The BuildTrack Home App is a highly configurable App that can be used to communicate with a variety of BuildTrack™ switches, sensors, surveillance cameras and more. Though this App shows a home setting, it is equally configurable to control single or multi-location commercial workplace settings making it ideal for Offices, Hospitals, Institutions that are seeking to use smart app based control options for convenience. The software allows users to setup 'shared' monitoring, i.e. user can permit monitoring of some sensors (e.g. intrusion, fire) by others, thereby also making it an ideal Centralized monitoring capability for residential communities, hospitals, offices and institutions seeking to improve safety & security.
