• From a single dashboard on the Home Page, you can see your orders, product stock status, store performance, and payments.
• On the Product management page, you can add new products in bulk or one by one using the barcode function, and search across all your existing products. You can also use the n11 catalogue to add products. You can effortlessly update price and stock information, and list or unlist the products. You can view listed or unlisted products on this page as well.
• On the Order management page, you can keep track of all your orders from the customers and manage the order process end to end by approving or rejecting incoming orders directly from the mobile app.
• On the Questions page, thanks to instant notifications, you can use the mobile app to quickly reply to customers seeking product information before buying, and increase your chances of making a sale.
• On the Earnings page, you can track when you will receive your earnings on a daily or weekly basis, and easily view information about deductions and other charges.
