Our Mavida app is intended for anyone interested in needs-based care and support for older people
and people with dementia, as well as their families, business partners, stakeholders, and employees

We are building and operating a new generation of nursing homes, dementia parks, and smart living
concepts with tailored care plans that are customized to residents needs in different and
architecturally attractive locations for care and support: Mavida Residence, Mavida Park, and Mavida
Smart Homes.
Our approach is holistic and combines multidisciplinary expertise with the latest scientific and
technological knowledge. The Mavida Academy ensures knowledge transfer, for example with the
dementia congress, which offers a European hub for the exchange of renowned experts from the
fields of medicine, nursing, and society. In the field of dementia, we are pioneers with the Mavida
concept.The Mavida Group is an innovative competence center, think tank, and catalyst for society.
