ProNspect provides the home inspector with the right report generation and delivery tools at the right price. Our easy to navigate app allows you to complete the report writing function simultaneously while performing the home inspection. It eliminates the need to make notes and take photos that then must be uploaded to your computer and then spend an hour in your office compiling the report from your office. With the ProNspect mobile app just take your phone or tablet with you as you make your inspection and record your observations and recommendations as you progress through the inspection process. Add and edit photos to support your findings directly from your device into the ProNspect app. When you complete the inspection, you can take a few minutes to review the inspection data and then generate the inspection report. The report is professional and customer friendly and can be emailed to your customer directly from the app.
With all the extra time you save you will be able to perform additional inspections each week or use that time to spend with family, friends and take a little you time. You’ve earned it.
The inspection portion of the app is broken into 11 distinct categories (Structure, Roofing, Exterior, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Interior, Appliances, Fireplaces & Insulation). Each of these categories contains:
• A Description section with predefined editable standard descriptions.
• An Observation section with predefined/editable comments for Good, Average, Significant Issues, etc. along with the ability to incorporate and edit photos.
• A Recommendations section that is broken into the various subsets of the category. Under of each of these is a comprehensive list of typical defects. Each of these has a predefined/editable comment along with the ability to incorporate/edit photos. These typical defects can be renamed, deleted or additional defects can be added.
A comprehensive inspection dashboard layout makes navigation between the sections fast and easy.
Upon completion of the inspection section information, you simply click on the Report tab. There you can add a cover photo and weather conditions if you choose. Then you can select Review Inspection to provide a final check of you inspection data, select Report to generate the pdf report for your customer that can be viewed and printed or saved to a file. Alternatively, you can select Email Report and generate an automatic email of the report to your customer.
