Premium Classes are built from the foundation of our Complimentary Group Fitness Classes. From beginner to advanced, you will see progression each week and reach new levels of fitness. Swim lessons at WAC provide children and adults with a safe, fun and supportive means of learning to swim. Premium Classes Add more specialization, variety, equipment, motivation and new challenges to your favorite formats. Lift heavier weights, last longer through cardio intervals, see your flexibility and balance dramatically improve, work towards better form, get into that yoga pose you've always wanted to try and so much more! Swim Programs Group Swim Lessons Most levels have a ratio of 4:1 up to 6:1 students to instructor for the younger levels. The ratio of class participants to instructor will vary on the club, the level being taught and experience of the students. Private Swim Lessons WAC offers Private Swim Lessons for all ages and abilities. If you want to learn how to swim, or just want to sharpen your skills, this might be right for you. Lessons are 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length and can be scheduled at your convenience. Semi-Private groups of only two or three will focus on what the group of individuals desire to learn. WAC + app uses the Health app that is pre-installed on your iPhone to sync nutrients and workouts data. Because of this, the app will ask you to grant read and write access to your nutrients and workouts data.
