Description

We’re here to help you!

ADHD Calendar is designed and constructed specifically for those of us who need their day-to-day planning to be clear, calm, and straightforward. What's more, the app is intended for use by primary users and also any support people they may have. It’s also the only app on the market that combines planning with guided meditation and breathing exercises. ADHD Calendar gives you everything you need to make your day a little easier.
The team behind ADHD Calendar all have extensive experience and broad-based knowledge of neuropsychiatric diagnoses – knowledge that convinced us that this app will make life a little easier for primary users and their families.
YOUR LISTS
The app contains three lists. One for today, one for tomorrow, and one for future projects.
Your lists are linked to each other and to your calendar to help you keep track of your day. This system has been extensively tested and is recommended by psychologists all over the world.
Everyone says that lists are important – and with ADHD Calendar, you get important lists that are easy and enjoyable to use.
Your lists are designed to make it feel extra-satisfying to tick off your tasks. You can actually feel it as you draw your finger across the screen of your smartphone. And at the end of each day, it’s great to clearly see what you’ve achieved!
We’re convinced that using your lists on a daily basis will help you. And science says so, too.
YOUR CALENDAR
The calendar function is a completely normal calendar in which you enter what you have to do and need to remember in the future. The only difference is that what you enter in the calendar also appears in your lists and displays at the right time and the right day. So, you can be sure that you won’t miss a task or activity that you’ve entered previously.
We’ve very deliberately designed the calendar with a limited number of easy-to-use functions so that nothing feels overwhelming.
SHARE ACCOUNT ACCESS
ADHD Calendar also functions as a tool for those who act as support people on a daily basis. Perhaps you’re a parent or a partner who has been looking for an effective way to communicate and organise daily tasks. If so, ADHD Calendar is for you.
It’s easy to access your child’s or partner’s lists and calendar. You can also add and update events and tasks in their app. This helps make stressed text messages and phone calls, notes to teachers, etc. a thing of the past. Let ADHD Calendar become your shared planning tool!
And of course only one user pays for shared accounts. So, if you’re a parent, you pay for the app and your child has it for free on their phone. And if you like, the rest of your family can also have access to the app for free. We’re here to help!

PAUSE
The benefits of conscious breathing and relaxation are well-documented – and even more beneficial for those of us with ADHD or other neuropsychiatric diagnoses. That’s why we’ve added a whole section in the ADHD Calendar specifically for this, and that is available for all paying users.
The Pause section offers short and simple breathing exercises that help you find calm and focus from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You choose which exercise works best for you.
There are also longer guided meditations for deeper relaxation and sleep problems.
The science is clear about how breathing is connected to our nervous system and how conscious breathing helps improve wellbeing.
We see a clear connection between lists, calendars and a need to find peace from the stress of modern life. ADHD Calendar makes this a little easier.
