HEMS 2.0 is the official app for Hart Agency's Brand Ambassadors. It puts everything you need for a day in one place - your schedule, venue details, check-ins, and reporting.

 Access is by invitation only. If you're a Hart Agency Brand Ambassador, you'll receive an activation link to set up your account.

 What you can do: • View your upcoming activities and manage your availability
 • Review and accept activity offers
 • Check in and out at venues with location verification
 • Capture venue photos and complete on-site trade marketing events
 • Sign in quickly and securely with biometrics

 Why educators use it: HEMS 2.0 Mobile replaces paper forms and scattered messages with a single, guided workflow for every activity – so you can spend more time delivering great experiences.

Version 1.0.4 focuses on kits, more accurate check-ins, reminders, and a smoother, more secure sign-in. Kits & sampling • Pick up and return your sampling kits right from the activity details, with a step-by-step collection walkthrough. • Kit pickup is now required before you can check in, so you always start with the right materials. Check-in & check-out • Presence proof photos are now required at both check-in and check-out. • We removed the old checkout task gate and added a soft 24-hour window to finish your event recap. Reminders & notifications • New pre-event and checkout reminders, plus a "checkout soon" nudge on the live activity screen. • Push notifications for new assignments and cancellations — tapping a notification now takes you straight to the right screen. Sign-in & security • Faster, safer sign-in with biometric session lock and a smoother first-login permission setup. Scheduling & activities • Clearer availability calendar, and activity cards now show start and end times. Polish • Refreshed Hart branding, Android layout fixes, and a variety of UI improvements and bug fixes.
