What's new in Kayla 1.4 • Kayla is now on Android too, and invite links work for friends on any phone. • When your Look is ready while you're somewhere else in the app, a bigger banner shows a peek of it, with a small buzz. • Messages are now larger and in the middle of the screen. Tap one to close it. • The before and after slider now rests at the bottom of your photo, so it doesn't cover your face or hair. • On shared Looks, the style name and KAYLA in the corner are easier to read on any photo. • Annual members can see in Account when their next 100 credits arrive. • "Something not right?" has a new option to tell us a Look is offensive or inappropriate. • If the App Store is slow to confirm a purchase, Kayla keeps checking for your credits for longer.

What's new in Kayla 1.3 • 213 styles, with 6 new ones: Cornrows to Curls, Cornrow Bob with Tucked Ends, Cherry Buzz Cut, Shaved, Straight Platinum Low Cut and Straight Side Part Buzz. • Every style photo is new, on models who face the camera, just like your photo. • 14 hair colors on a new Hair color screen. New: Silver, Pink, Lavender and Blue, plus Honey, Copper and Platinum ombré on longer styles. • A new reveal. Drag the line across your Look to see your before and after. • Just made a Look? Tap Next look to flip back through your earlier ones. • A simpler Add a photo screen, and the camera opens straight away. • "Something off?" is now "Something not right?". You can still redo a Look you just made in the same style, free. • Fewer interruptions: no offer pops up over your first Look, and new style alerts start with the kinds of styles you have tried already picked. • Steadier accounts: your credits and plan stay with you more reliably, and Restore and Subscribe work better.

Any Looks you had are now credits. • Invite a friend: she gets a free credit, and you get 3 credits when she makes her first Look. • Share a style or a Look with friends, with a link to try it in Kayla. • More ways to buy: 10 credits for $5.99 that never expire, and a yearly plan with 100 credits a month. • Something off with a Look? Tell us and redo it in the same style, free. • Leave the app while a Look is being made and your credit comes back, up to 3 times a month. • Clearer messages when your connection drops, and better VoiceOver support.
