TimeAlign: Plan Track Align
Time Blocking for What Matters
Free · In-App Purchases
Your first week just got smarter: a real week built around your schedule, faster navigation, and more reliable calendar sync.
Align your time with what matters.
You can know what matters and still lose contact with it once the week begins. TimeAlign turns priorities into a realistic plan, keeps that plan visible as life changes, and shows you where your time actually went.
PLAN AROUND YOUR PRIORITIES
Connect goals and Life Areas to calendar time. Bring Apple Calendar and Google Calendar into one timeline. Give work, health, relationships, growth, and rest real space in the week.
TRACK AS LIFE HAPPENS
Start a timer in the app. Use widgets and Live Activities to stay oriented without reopening your plan. With Pro, track from Apple Watch and sync supported Apple Health activity.
LEARN FROM THE GAP
Compare planned time with lived time. Use your Alignment Score and weekly feedback to understand tradeoffs without shame or streak pressure, then make a better decision about what comes next.
AI THAT PROPOSES. YOU DECIDE. (PRO)
Ask AI Clarity Coach about your goals, calendar, and patterns. It can suggest next steps and schedule adjustments. You remain in control.
WHY TIMEALIGN
• Calendar planning and time tracking in one system
• Goals connected to the hours they require
• Whole-life context across work and life
• Planned-versus-lived feedback

more Your first week with TimeAlign just got a major upgrade.
We rebuilt onboarding from the ground up: tell us your wake and wind-down times, and TimeAlign builds your actual week around them, previews it on a mini calendar, and places your first tracked block in a real open slot. A new first-week checklist and quick feature tours for Align, Goals, Insights, and Coach help you get oriented fast.
We also redesigned navigation with a new bottom dock, a dedicated AI button, and a nav pill that tucks out of the way when you don't need it. You can now drag to reorder your tiles in Customize, and group your activities by life area with search.
Calendar sync got more reliable: recurring events now land on the correct day across timezones, and removing or pausing a calendar properly clears its events instead of leaving stragglers behind.
The app is also faster and lighter on your battery, with less background work happening while you're tracking.
Also included:
- Weekly reports, redesigned into a cleaner one-report-per-week list
- Fixed: app tour now always restarts from the beginning
- Fixed: AI chat shows a retry button instead of hanging when you're offline
- Fixed: a visual glitch with switches on iOS 26
Thank you for using TimeAlign. You can submit bugs or share feedback directly in the app from Settings. If you want to do that and chat with the developers, join the Discord from Settings.
2.25.0 2 hr ago
See exactly why TimeAlign sorts your calendar the way it does - and fix it in one tap.
What's new in 2.24.0:
- Smarter Sort: when TimeAlign suggests a color or life area for an event, you'll now see the reasoning right on the block.
- What AI Learned: a cleaner home for every pattern AI has picked up from you, with one-tap editing.
- Life areas from your calendar: a new Settings section shows your areas as pills — tap any one for detail.
- Faster calendar actions: check scheduled blocks directly on the calendar to mark them tracked, and get asked which activity you meant when a goal covers more than one.
- Smoother onboarding: a new animated setup step and a more forgiving first tracking step.
Also fixed:
- Undo on Sort changes works properly again.
- Apple calendar mapping no longer loses your saved activity when you re-save it.

- Weekly reports now request photo-saving access rather than general library access, with a share-sheet fallback if saving fails.
- Account-deletion confirmation now explains the timing more clearly.
- Includes recent fixes for repeated goal-selection screens after a trial ends and stale locked-goal prompts after Pro access returns.
- Clearer upgrade guidance when using AI-generated chat titles on the Free plan, plus more reliable onboarding completion.

2.21.0 12 Oct
TimeAlign is calmer, clearer, and more reliable across planning, tracking, goals, and calendar sync.
This update combines the daily workflow polish from 2.19 with a broader reliability pass in 2.20.
Daily planning feels smoother:
- Morning check-in is simpler and focus-first.
- Evening review has a calmer flow for closing the day.
- Time-block editing, timer controls, post-track summaries, goal cards, Insights, and Settings have all been cleaned up.

- Improved calendar sync for edits, deletions, recurring events, and stale data.
- Better handling for entire recurring-event series.
- More reliable tracked-time range edits.
- Fixed incorrect General labels in time-block and tracked-session details.
- Long-running timers continue until you stop them.
Goals and plans are clearer:
- Free and Pro messaging is more consistent across the app and web pricing.
- When a trial or subscription ends, goal access is handled more clearly instead of silently removing extra goals.
- Apple Watch now shows an upgrade state when access is unavailable instead of stale cached schedule data.
Also included: improved onboarding completion, restored rainbow alignment colors, a clearer Insights ring marker, better paywall copy, backend/API reliability fixes, and a cleaner app launch transition.

TimeAlign 2.18.0 makes setup and daily review feel smoother.
This update improves the first-run onboarding flow, including clearer feedback while your first time block is being created and better persistence when you edit that block and navigate back.
Daily planning and reflection also got cleaner. Inline goal setup, morning check-in, and evening review screens are easier to read, with clearer reflection fields and better handling when something goes wrong.
We also fixed a few rough edges: payoff scores should stay more consistent, progress indicators should render cleanly, and several behind-the-scenes fixes improve reliability and data safety.

This update improves the path from install to fully set up, including clearer onboarding, better calendar setup controls, and more helpful calendar integration links in Settings.
Calendar sync should also behave more reliably. We fixed issues that could create duplicate Google or Apple calendar events, block sync when stale calendar data was found, or leave setup drafts around after exiting the flow.
