• The speedometer now reads up to each car's top speed, so the needle no longer stops at 320 km/h on faster engines.

• New engine: 3.5L V12 Quad turbo, a short-stroke 60° V12 with four turbochargers, its sound tuned against real-car recordings. Selecting it fits its factory quad turbo. • New forced-induction layout: Quad turbo, two small turbos per bank on two-bank engines such as V and flat engines.

• Optimised for iPhone Duo: unfolded, the 3D view and the controls sit on either side of the fold, and half-folded like a laptop, the driving scene is drawn on the upright upper half. • Fixed a possible brief screen freeze when sound starts on iOS 27.

• Now available in 34 languages: 23 new ones including Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Polish and Ukrainian, with layouts refined for long translations and right-to-left scripts.

• Six motorcycle engines: 0.7L single, 1.9L 45° V-twin, 1.2L 90° V-twin, 0.7L 270° parallel twin, and 1.0L inline-four in crossplane and flat-plane versions. Compare the pulse each engine's firing intervals create. • Choosing a bike engine now shows a motorcycle: supersport, naked, cruiser or supermoto. It leans into corners and lifts its front wheel under hard acceleration or its rear wheel under hard braking. • Bike-only 6-speed sequential gearbox with quickshifter, plus intake roar and dry-clutch sounds. • Motorcycle exhaust sounds were refined against real dyno recordings. • Fixed an issue where some engines would not rev up when pulling away. • Circuit records for motorcycle engines are currently saved on the device only.

• Added the Nürburgring Nordschleife: explore an approximate 20.7 km course based on public data, with woodland, elevation changes and banked Karussell turns. • More detailed GT sports car and four-door coupe models. • More room for the main 3D view, with refined toolbar and pedal controls. • Added three- and four-rotor engines and an electric sport powertrain with a single-speed reduction gearbox and original synthesized sound. • Save and name your engine, transmission, body, color and driving-assist combinations in My Garage, and restore your last configuration. • Compare two setups in the new simulated dyno: torque and power curves, peak values and estimated acceleration under shared vehicle-mass and road conditions, with optional matching gear ratios for combustion setups. • Explore how engines, motors and transmissions work by moving through their cycle and selecting a gear in Mechanism Explorer. • Improved lighting, road surfaces, nearby forest detail and driving effects, with adjustable graphics quality. • Accelerator/brake modes, pedal response, steering preferences and driving assists now remain saved. Personal bests are separated by engine; the three new powertrains currently save circuit records on the device only. Dyno, acceleration and EV battery figures are estimates from the app's simplified simulation, not measurements of a production vehicle.

• Forced induction: fit a turbo (small or large single, twin-scroll, twin, sequential) or a Roots or centrifugal supercharger — switch instantly with the orange chip on the main screen. Boost builds as the turbine spools, with turbo whistle and blow-off sounds, a boost gauge, and 3D turbos and superchargers that move along. • A twin-scroll turbo groups the exhaust by firing order, so the crossplane V8's rumble disappears. See the intervals in the firing panel. • Photo sky and race-track asphalt on the circuit and driving scenes. The sky reflected on the car matches the background. • Laps with forced induction are recorded separately on your device instead of the per-engine leaderboards. • Fixed the i button at the top right of the main screen not responding.

• New rotary engine: a 1.3L twin-rotor. Watch triangular rotors turn the eccentric shaft in 3D and hear its high-revving exhaust note. Circuit leaderboards are open for it too. • Every engine now uses every gear, whatever gearbox you pair it with. The final drive is matched to the engine, so top speed is as high as it can be. • Watch one ad to the end with the yellow button on the main screen, and changing the engine or gearbox won't show ads for an hour. • Smoother shifts: fixed a jolt at the end of the 1–2 shift, revs dropping below idle while slowing down, and hitting the limiter in short gears.

• The Car view now drives down a track. The road streams past under open sky and sun-cast shadows, bends as you steer, and the nose lifts under throttle and dips under braking. Steering range narrows as speed rises. Tap Track to return to the studio view. • Turn on Tunnel while driving and the road takes you into a tunnel; turn it off and you drive back out. Lighting and the exhaust echo change with it. • A small analog tachometer and speedometer now sit in the lower-left corner of the Car view. • Every 3D mechanism was reviewed and corrected, and a pedal box and tire contact-load display were added. Missing translations were filled in.

• The main 3D car now shows how it runs: intake, ignition, fuel supply, cooling, lubrication, electrics and the ECU. Watch intake, compression, power and exhaust cycle through the cylinders in firing order, and explore the throttle, injectors, spark plugs, timing chain, radiator, oil circuit, battery and ECU from the new view chips. • New Remove Ads purchase at the top of Settings and next to Circuit Driving: pay once and banner and full-screen ads are gone for good. Restore Purchases brings it back on a new device or after reinstalling.

• All 11 engine sounds retuned against real car recordings — exhaust breath, per-cylinder header differences and tailpipe radiation make every engine sound more lifelike. • Neutral revs now fall back as naturally as a real engine. • New tachometer app icon. • Improved translations and layouts for longer languages.

Game Center leaderboards now open, and ten achievements have arrived. • Lap time leaderboards for every circuit and engine are live. Until now the dashboard only said nothing was set up. • Added ten achievements: hearing all eleven engines, a lap with every assist off, a tilt-steered lap, a manual-gearbox lap, passing 250 km/h, and more. • Find them in Settings. Progress keeps accumulating even without signing in to Game Center.

Drive the new circuit yourself. • Added a figure-eight circuit inspired by Suzuka, with a grade-separated bridge crossing and 30 m of elevation change. • Lap and sector timing with a saved personal best, replayed as a translucent ghost. • Reverse gear lets you back away from the barriers. • Photo-based materials on the track surface, run-off and grass. • Fixed the car appearing to jump back and forth while steering. • The whole circuit screen is now translated into ten languages.

A deeper, fuller exhaust note. • The bass slider now lifts the low end evenly across the rev range instead of only at certain RPMs. • Large-displacement engines get a longer blowdown per cylinder for a thicker body. • Mechanical noise that sounded harsh at high revs has been smoothed out. • Fixed phase cancellation that could make the bass thinner as you turned it up.

Faster pedal response. • Touches are read directly with no gesture arbitration, so the sound starts the moment you press. • In analog mode, a light press near the bottom of the pedal now opens at least 15%, removing the dead zone. • An ad may occasionally appear when you change the engine or transmission.

Four new engines and four new transmissions. • Flat-4 — opposing cylinders don't share a crankpin, so one bank fires twice within 180° and then waits 540°. The most uneven engine in the app. • Flat-6 — same layout, but each bank fires evenly every 240°, so there's no rumble. • V6 — the crankpin has to be split by 60° for the firing to come out even. • V10 — the bank angle lands exactly right, so it's even without a split pin. Added a 6-speed sequential dog box, 8-speed dual-clutch, 5-speed manual and 4-speed automatic. The sequential shifts in 0.05s by cutting ignition instead of the clutch. Settings now has Bass. It tunes the resonance of the empty volume inside the muffler — exhaust bass comes from chamber size, not pipe length.
