FIXES • Simple mode: widgets and the Apple Watch app no longer show your net worth either, just like Today. Turn it off and everything comes back as before. • First-launch guide: at the "Want it simpler?" question the dots at the top now mark the right step; before, they all lit up at once.

NEW • Simple mode: the same app with less. Fewer tabs, Today, Transactions and Accounts (plus the AI coach if you have Pro), and just the essentials; all your data stays and you can switch back whenever you like. Turn it on in Settings ▸ The app; the first-launch tour also asks if you'd prefer it. • The month card on Today is new: a bigger spent figure, a bar with a mark showing how far into the month you are, and a line telling you whether you're spending faster or slower than the calendar. With a budget per category each category gets its own ring, in a scrolling row starting from the closest to its limit; with a budget per account, one account per row with its bar. • The two tiles below: "Today" shows the day's initial under each column, and "Last period" shows now and before with their amounts. • This month's routes, in transfers: each route shows both accounts' icons, their full names and a bar showing its weight. FIXES • New debt: the currency symbol next to the remaining balance takes the colour of the chosen debt type, like the rest of the page. • Net worth, investment plans and coupons: icons are rounded squares, as in the rest of the app. • Settings in dark mode: sections have the same light edge as the other cards and no longer blend into the background; the icons on the left are centred between the edge and the text. • First-launch guide: answering “No, remove it” to Net worth now takes the tab out of the bottom bar straight away; before, it stayed until you reopened the app.

FIXES • Investment plans: with two devices in different time zones, the instalment of a holding with a declared value could be charged twice to the account. • Receipts: a total without cents ("TOTAL 12") is now read; before, the app took the highest number, often the cash handed over. • Yen, won and the other currencies without decimals: imported or typed amounts no longer keep cents, and totals match the balance again. • PDF statements: the en dash ("–12,50") is read as a minus, as it already was in CSV files. • Widget: confirming an expense from the widget now lowers the pending amount too, not just the number of expenses. • Investment plans: an instalment and its purchase are recognised even when the amount ends in half a cent, so another device doesn't write it again. • Spending widget: if the app stayed closed through more than one change of month (or payday), the widget went blank; now it starts from zero with the right period.

FIXES • Shops recognised with Apple Maps: if one lookup failed, the others stopped too. Now each one goes its own way. • PDF statements: an amount like "12,50- eur" or "12,50- Euro" lost its minus sign, and the expense came in as income. • Import: the long dash ("–12,50") is read as a minus. • Figures rounded to the whole euro follow the same rule as the rest of the app: €100.50 becomes €101, not €100. • Categories: removing or renaming a subcategory no longer changes the learned rules of other categories that have a subcategory with the same name. • No more sudden closes when an emergency fund entry, a debt payment or a category disappeared through iCloud while you were looking at it.

WHAT'S NEW • "Rate Rialto", in Settings ▸ Help: opens the App Store page where you can leave stars and a couple of lines. They help people looking for an app like this one find it. • Rialto Pro can now be bought from the App Store page too: tap the purchase there, Rialto opens and completes it.

NEW • Unknown shops recognised with Apple Maps: when an expense comes from a shop Rialto doesn't know, it looks the name up in Apple Maps in the city where you paid and tells the AI what kind of business it is, a bakery, a garage, a clothes shop. It works with every AI provider, even without Google search, at no cost. Apple only gets the shop's name and the city's name. Turn it on or off with "Look up unknown merchants online", in Settings ▸ Intelligence. FIXES • AI coach, dictation: the last words said before tapping the button now reach the field; often they were the amount itself. Closing the sheet while the app asks for permission no longer turns the microphone on by itself. • Cards and accounts: two cards from the same bank with different last digits, like "Revolut •••• 3092" and "Revolut •••• 7788", are no longer a single row, and linking one to an account no longer moves the other card's expenses too. "Undo" restores only the accounts it touched. • Receipts: the total is now recognised on German, French and Spanish receipts too, and subtotal, discounts, VAT, cash given and change are no longer taken for the total. Dates written the US way or as 2026-10-15 are read too, yen and won totals without decimals are recognised, and "Total paid" is no longer taken for the total. Text read from photos and screenshots now recognises German, Spanish and French, and on a long receipt two close lines no longer merge into one. • Apple Pay automation, "Tell me when an expense is waiting": with iOS quiet notifications the switch no longer turns itself off. If Rialto's notifications are off in Settings, it now says so and takes you there. • Security: after too many wrong attempts while changing the PIN, the wait ends by itself when the time is up. • Reorder: moving an account no longer makes archived accounts lose their place. • "Undo" after "Confirm all" no longer puts back on hold an expense you had changed in the meantime. • New categories: the symbol and colour suggested from the name are wrong less often, and they also recognise café, pizzeria, bookshop, ATM, car and flights. • AI model choice: the red warning no longer shows on models that work, like those with a date in the name or Ollama's ":latest", and a provider that lists only dated models no longer leaves the list empty. • Export as PDF: a very large total and long category names no longer run off the page. • Write to us: a "+" in the message no longer turns into a space, and if the phone has no mail app the address is shown. • Amount: pasting a number with Arabic digits, or "1,500.00" when your currency is the yen, no longer loses the amount. • Bond coupons, "Remind me the day before": if Rialto's notifications are off, the switch now tells you and takes you to Settings instead of silently turning itself off. • Instalments and plans: a day of the month past the 28th, like the 30th or 31st, now shows as selected in the calendar. • PDF of the whole archive: two quick taps no longer make two PDFs, and two categories with the same name stay separate. • The notices at the bottom, like "Saved", now appear even when they arrive while a sheet is closing. • English, German, Spanish and French: eleven more subcategories the app suggests for new categories are translated.

FIXES • iCloud, on a new phone or after reinstalling the app: default categories you had deleted or renamed don't reappear, and removed subcategories and keywords no longer come back, not even after an update. If you had changed a category's colour or symbol, or switched it on or off in the emergency fund, your choice is no longer lost. • Automatic backup: it now starts even if you use Rialto only for wealth, debts, goals, emergency fund or fixed expenses. Before, it waited for the first transaction. • Statement import: a CSV starting with the letters "PK" was taken for an Excel sheet and wouldn't open. • Statement import: of a scanned PDF, the first 60 pages are read. If it has more, the preview now says so, instead of silently leaving out the transactions on the others. • Sample data: if the app already holds data of yours, for example just arrived from iCloud, the button is turned off and explains why. Before, it said "Sample data loaded" without loading anything. • Log with a sentence: a due date with a half-written year, like "by 15/3/202", no longer becomes a date in the year 202. • Editing a transaction: tapping the day already chosen, or going back to the original one, made "Cancel" ask to discard a change never made. • Transfers: in English, German, Spanish and French, the default accounts in a transfer's name, like "Cash → Main account", are translated, also in transfers already recorded. • Fixed expenses, "From common items": with the phone's region different from the app's language, "12.50" could become 1,250. • Statement import: columns recognised automatically are written in the app's language, no longer half in Italian. • Apple Pay automation: the "Open Shortcuts" button did nothing; now it opens the app. In "How to set it up", the sample amount is in the app's currency. • Export as PDF: if the PDF can't be prepared, for example with the phone full, a notice appears. Before, the spinner just disappeared. • AI coach, "What it knows about me": tapping "Copy the text that leaves" no longer makes the cards vanish and reappear right after. • Investment plans and bonds: if the debit account or the coupon account has been archived, the field still shows it instead of staying empty. • Debts, "Finish sooner": going back to "Other", an amount above €2,000 typed earlier went whole into the comparison. • Amounts: a figure that rounds to zero, like "0.004", is no longer saved as a €0.00 transaction or payment. • Delete everything: if it can't delete, it says so; it also clears expense notifications already delivered, and the summary also counts investment plans. • Apple Watch: with the PIN on, complications hide the figures, and in New expense the Digital Crown goes higher for forints, Indonesian rupiahs and won. • Log with a sentence: with all accounts archived, the expense is no longer saved without an account. • Siri: income told to Siri or logged with Shortcuts no longer shows as "Entered by hand". • Statement import and receipts: rotated PDF pages are read whole, and large files no longer freeze the app while it reads them. • iCloud: fixed some rare cases where the app could close if another device deleted a category or a holding while you were looking at it. CLEARER • Security: the PIN box explains the real way out, "I do not remember the code" on the lock screen. Uninstalling the app doesn't help, because the PIN stays in the Keychain. • AI: the sentence about what leaves for categorising also mentions transaction notes, when you let them through. • Privacy: "What leaves when you use AI" says in full what the coach receives. • iCloud, on a new phone: a notice tells you when your data starts arriving and when it has arrived.

CLEARER • Today: in the month card without a budget, the tiles now have their own icon. "Most spent on" shows the category's icon, all in the same blue, and an hourglass sits next to the days left.

FIXES • Transactions: searching for an expense and then clearing the search with the x button, or typing quickly, could make the app close suddenly. It now stays open, and the category chart slices still animate as before. • Receipts: some unusual letters on the total line could make the amount come out wrong, or close the app. • Bonds: with monthly coupons and a very distant maturity, the next coupon could show the wrong date. • Emergency fund: on a new phone, while data was arriving from iCloud, some fund screens could close the app. • Budget: the limit bar above the keyboard no longer shows a category that was merged or removed on another device. • First launch and AI Coach: fixed two rare cases where the app could close. • Guide: replaying "The initial tutorial" now starts from today's balance, like the first time. The accounts, salary and first expense steps are just shown, without touching your data.

NEW • A new tutorial, on the real app instead of pages to flip through: Rialto lights up one part of Today at a time and you actually use it. You enter your account balances, your payday and your first expense from the +, choose whether to keep Wealth and the emergency fund and, if you like, connect Apple Pay. Skip it whenever you want and run it again from Settings › Guide › The initial tutorial. • “No budget”: a new mode for when you only want to see how much goes out and where, with no cap to stick to and no bar on Today. Caps you have already set stay where they are and count again when you pick their mode again. • This month's budget, “A cap per category”: tap a category and its bar appears above the keyboard, with what you have spent this month, the average and last month. Tap one of the two figures to make it the cap, or type your own. • On Today, the month card changes with your budget mode. With one cap for everything, a bar made of pieces shows where the month went, category by category, and the tick marks where you should be today. With a cap per category you get tiles for the categories using the most, and they reorder as you spend; with a cap per account, one tile per account. With no budget you see the month-end estimate, where you spend most and how many days are left. CLEARER • This month's budget: the modes are four tiles with their own icon, instead of a row of words. • “Categories and budgets” is now just “Categories”: the budget has its own entry, “This month's budget”. A category's page no longer has the cap field and opens on name, subcategories, icon and colour. • Learnt rules live in one place only, in “Your money” under fixed expenses: before, they showed up in two different spots. FIXES • The subcategories sheet is as tall as it needs to be: at half height the last item was cut off at the edge. As you add items the sheet grows with them, and with many items the list scrolls. • Under sheets that don't reach the top — subcategories, the comparison with last month, the Coach model choice — the page behind is now veiled as it is under the calendar: its lines could be read in the gap at the edges. • Learnt rules: the search bar arrives with the page, instead of appearing a second later.

FIXES • “Update from your portfolio”: if the values it read cannot be saved, Rialto now says so on the screen with the recognised rows. Before, the message ended up in a place that was no longer on screen, and “Update” seemed to do nothing. • In “To confirm”, tapping a suggested category no longer closes the app if the one you had just picked was deleted from another device. • An investment plan can no longer be saved with an amount that rounds to 0.00. • The emergency fund target you type in, and the amounts of the fixed expenses added from the list, are saved with two decimals, as you see them: before, a third digit stayed in the numbers. • The categories suggested under an expense keep the same order from one launch to the next, even when two are tied. • If a budget dictated to the Coach cannot be saved, the budget type stays the one you had. • Statement import: an amount written with the debit mark at the end (“123.45 DR”, “123.45 D”) comes in as an expense; before, it came in as income. In PDFs, rows with “eur” or “Euro” after the amount are read too. • “Duplicate” is no longer offered on the sale of an investment: the copy became an ordinary income. • Salary day: with large text the day circles no longer overlap. • On the Pro screen, after “Try again” a plan is already selected and “Continue” works straight away. • In the first setup, two quick taps on the trial button no longer bring up an error, and a cash account no longer carries the name of a card. • “Categorise 1 unknown one with AI”: the button uses the singular when there is only one expense. • Apple Watch: with the phone's clock ahead, “from -1 days ago” no longer appears. • With Gemini, stopping a question while it moves to its second attempt no longer shows an error. • AI requests made yesterday are no longer counted as today's: it could happen when the app was opened twice without asking anything, and the best model was skipped. • When OpenAI asks to wait a few minutes, Rialto says so straight away instead of retrying after a few seconds. • Widgets: after restoring a backup, the trend line no longer counts today twice. • Apple Watch: a fixed expense added for the next period reaches the watch face right away. • When the model you chose has run out of requests, Rialto no longer moves to a bigger, more expensive one: it only steps down to models at least as light as yours. OTHER • Now and then, after you confirm an expense, Rialto may ask for a rating with the iOS prompt: at most once per version, and never at launch. • AI models updated to today's: Claude Haiku 5.5, Sonnet 5.5 and Opus 5.5, GPT-6 Luna, GPT-6.1 Sol and GPT-6 Astra, Gemini 3.8 Flash, Qwen 3.8. If you had picked one, it stays yours.

FIXES • After an Apple Pay payment the category now arrives within seconds even with the phone in your pocket: Rialto asks for the location as soon as the payment comes in and, if iOS does not give it in time, sends the AI the last city you were in, as the likely one. Before, without a city, the search often came back empty and the category only arrived when you reopened the app. • The city could fail to go out with the shop name even with location allowed, so the AI looked up “Camelia” without knowing where. Now it is sent (only the city name, never your exact location), also right after an Apple Pay payment. • With “Add the city you’re in” on, Rialto also reads the city when you open the app (low accuracy, at most once every twenty minutes), so it is ready for the next payment. It stays on your phone; the AI only gets the city name, never your exact location. • If the search went out without a city, or with a likely city that turns out to be a different one, and didn't find the place, Rialto runs it again with the right one as soon as you open the app, instead of waiting until the next day. • An Apple Pay expense at a shop Rialto doesn't know no longer waits a whole day for its category when the online search doesn't answer in time: the search starts again the next time you open the app. • If the online search fails (timeout, service not responding), Rialto retries it after ten minutes instead of the next day. And the button that categorises unknown ones with AI, in “To confirm”, now also works on expenses the AI had already answered that day without finding a category. • While the AI is still looking up what the place is, the expense card says so. • In “To confirm” the expense shows what the AI understood about the place, and the category it guesses stays first among the suggestions even when it isn't sure or when the search finds nothing. • When Google doesn't allow online search for your key, Rialto stops retrying it on every expense and asks one question per shop instead of two. • In the list of categories, the checkmark on the chosen category is no longer cut off at the top.

NEW • In Today, the daily amount now sets aside the fixed expenses still due this period, and the line shows how much they are: "€1,070 left (€240 in fixed expenses) · €36 a day". The widgets, the Lock Screen and Apple Watch show the same figure. • In Transactions, the current month's column also shows where it's heading: a dashed outline as tall as the projected spending at the end of the period. • On Apple Watch, under what's left, you now also see the daily figure: "€38 a day · 22 days". • In Projected spending, a fixed expense still shown as "to pay" can be marked "Already paid", for when you paid it under another name or for a different amount: it leaves the math without adding any transaction, and "Undo" puts it back. • Import now tells you which rows of the file didn't come in and why, and at the end shows the period, money out and money in of what you imported. FIXES • In Projected spending, the grey line for the last period now shows even when the start of that period was almost empty, for example with rent paid at the end of the month. • An expense delivered twice by the Apple Pay automation now stays flagged on your other devices with the same iCloud too: "Confirm all" no longer confirms it before you've seen it. • Projected spending follows the text size chosen in Settings, and the point picked on the chart no longer stays lit when your finger slides off. • Tapping the "Today" tile always takes Transactions back to today's list. • A fixed expense added with its first due date next month no longer shows up as overdue this month, and no longer takes its amount out of the daily figure. • When a new period starts, before you open Rialto, the widget and Apple Watch also take the new period's fixed expenses out of the daily figure, just like Today. • On Apple Watch, the days left and the period's name now update together with the figures, and changing Rialto's language on your iPhone switches the whole watch app to the new language. • Deleting an investment plan, or selling the whole holding, stops the reminder for its next contribution. • In a holding's details, a finished plan says "Plan finished" and one that has fallen behind says "Contribution overdue", instead of announcing a next purchase. • The emergency fund works out how much you set aside each month counting paused months too: after a year without saving, a single contribution no longer promises you'll reach the goal in a few months. • Under the coupon reminder you now see the real day of the alert, "The morning of…": it said "the evening", but the notification arrives at 9 a.m. • If a change to a transaction or an import can't be saved, Rialto says so and keeps everything ready to try again, instead of acting as if all went well. • Excel files set to the 1904 date system now come in with the right dates: before, they were all four years and a day early. • Import now also reads dates with the month in letters, like "13 Oct 2026" and "Oct 13, 2026", and dates written all in one go, like "20261013": before, those rows were skipped. • A semicolon-separated bank statement is now read on the right columns even when some descriptions contain a semicolon themselves. • A row with a date that doesn't exist, like "31/09/2026", is now left out of the import instead of coming in on 1 October, in the wrong month. • Other small fixes.

NEW • Projected spending, a new page: tap "Projected spending" or "Last period" in Today to see where you'll end the month, the range you'll land in, how it compares with the previous period, and a chart you can explore with your finger. Below, how the number is built: what has already gone out, the fixed expenses still to come and the rest at your pace. • The "Today" tile can be tapped too: it takes you to Transactions, right to today's expenses. Tiles that open something have a small blue arrow next to the title. FIXES • A refund received through the Apple Pay automation no longer counts as an expense when the automation delivers it twice, and its notification no longer offers "Approve". • In Financial health, the budget bar and the points now say the same thing. • After restoring a backup, expenses marked "They are different" no longer come back as possible duplicates. • Other small fixes.

DESIGN • In Settings › Categories and budgets every category has its own icon tile. • In Transactions the category filter shows the name in black and the colour in a dot. • Gold text is darker in light mode and easier to read. FIXES • A refund received through the Apple Pay automation no longer merges with the purchase of the same amount: it stays in "To confirm", with the "It was a refund, not an expense" button. • Changing "Subtract debts" updates Today and the Coach right away, without reopening the app. • Automatic categories no longer mistake a lobster for an insurance company or Billabong for a supermarket. • In New expense the category suggestion comes back after picking a name from the list. • With per-category budgets, the spending cap no longer appears and disappears in the widget and in Today. • Early in the period a small expense no longer puts the budget "above pace". • "Delete everything" also resets the spending cap and the salary cycle. • Changing currency or language updates the coupon and instalment notifications already scheduled. • Dates in imported CSV files follow the current time zone. • With payday on the 29th, 30th or 31st, the score chart no longer judges the same month twice. • An expense approved from the notification no longer changes category when the online search comes back. • A second card on the same account is recognised: after the first confirmation, its expenses no longer come back to be confirmed. • Other small fixes.

NEW • The AI writes in your language and looks for shops in your country: if you use Rialto in English, German, Spanish or French, you read what the shop is in your own language. • Shop recognition reworked from top to bottom and tested on a thousand real names: about 300 more chains and brands, Italian and international (supermarkets, fuel, tolls, airlines, insurers, charities, investment platforms). • Surnames, streets and everyday words are no longer mistaken for shops: a transfer to "Marco Barbieri" isn't a barber, "Marketing srl" isn't a supermarket. • Your corrections don't hide more specific cases: if you taught Rialto that "Amazon" is Home, "Amazon Music" still goes to subscriptions. IMPROVEMENTS • A holding whose price couldn't be updated now shows the price's date in grey instead of a yellow warning triangle. • The category list also closes when you grab it from the top and drag it down, like a sheet, not just with "Close". • With Rialto's passcode on, an expense notification shows only the amount: no shop, no category. • An expense identical to one from a few minutes earlier arrives without "Approve" on the notification: you decide in the app. • Dictated sentences also use the rules you've taught. • More reliable category suggestions while you type an expense: the suggested subcategory is visible straight away, a category you removed doesn't come back, and a choice you make while the AI is answering is no longer changed. FIXES • When the AI doesn't recognise a shop, the expense stays to be checked instead of ending up in Everyday for good. • With no signal, the Apple Pay automation no longer reports an AI failure. • In Transactions, swiping months over the Breakdown no longer turns on the category filter, and a swipe on the Expenses/Income bar no longer changes the month too. • "What changed", opened from Today, no longer lets the page underneath show through at the sides. • The keyboard opens and closes more smoothly throughout the app: the screens underneath no longer redraw every time it moves. • Other small fixes.

NEW • Faster Apple Pay: the payment confirmation already names the category, chosen by the AI in a couple of seconds. If you've paid at the same shop before, the category arrives instantly, even offline. • When you open Rialto after a payment, a category still pending is asked again on its own: no need to close and reopen the app. • In «To confirm» you pick the category from a bubble with every category and search, keywords included: «bar», «music», «pizzeria». • While you type an expense name, the shops you've used appear under the field with category, account and last amount: one tap and the expense is filled in. • In Transactions swiping between months is smoother, and a quick flick is enough. • In the last-6-months chart, tapping a column takes you to that period and the chart stays still: the column you started from stays blue with «back» under it, tap it and you're back where you were. IMPROVEMENTS • If Google doesn't accept online shop search with your key, Rialto pauses it until the limits renew and answers without searching meanwhile: Intelligence › Advanced shows until when. • A period's PDF shows the average of the six periods ending there. FIXES • An expense notification you already opened or dismissed no longer reappears when the right category arrives. • Small fixes in category picking and the periods chart.

NEW • Undo: after deleting an expense with a swipe, or after «Confirm all», «Undo» appears for a few seconds and puts things back as they were. • A page for every account: tap an account to see its balance, latest transactions split into expenses, income and transfers, and what it's for (fund, goals, linked cards). • Transactions follows your numbers period: if your month starts on payday, the list, the arrows and the charts run from payday to payday too. • When searching transactions, the «All months» filter searches the whole archive, not just the open month. • While you type the name of an expense, the shops you use most show up: one tap and category and account are already set. • From a transaction's details you change category, subcategory and account with one tap. • Debts: «Record an extra payment» for when you pay the bank more than the instalment; the balance drops right away. • Automatic backups: «Also copy to…» writes every copy to a folder of yours too, for example on iCloud Drive, so it stays even if you delete the app. • You can try the coach without Pro, with an example worked out on the phone from your own numbers. IMPROVEMENTS • A new expense or an edit is no longer lost by closing the sheet by mistake: Rialto asks first whether to discard it. • When you delete a category you choose where its transactions, fixed expenses and learned rules go. • Import: you can change the account from the preview, a file error shows at the top and, once imported, «Undo import» removes all of it. • A holding's chart can be read with your finger, day by day, and if it doesn't load it says why and lets you retry. • Turning off a goal's set-aside pauses it instead of deleting it: turn it back on and it restarts with the same settings. • Debts are always reachable in Wealth, even when they're all paid off, and interest rates show the right decimals. • Intelligence reorganised: first how to use it (on the phone or with your own key), with the advanced options on their own page. • Settings has «This month's budget», and the sample data is under Help. • In «What to show» you can hide financial health from Today, widgets and the watch. • The tutorial asks before closing if you've typed something, so you don't lose balances and accounts you've entered. • Free vs Pro is now a clear table, and the Apple Pay guide says up front that it needs Pro. • More motion and haptics: rolling numbers, rings and bars that fill, the 6-month columns rising, confetti when you pay off a debt, a checkmark that draws itself after saving. • Tap a column of the 6-month chart in Transactions to jump to that month; in the coach, ready-made follow-up questions after each answer. • In dark mode comparison bars, instalments and filled buttons are easier to read; small buttons are easier to tap. FIXES • An expense identical to one that arrived a few minutes earlier stays to be confirmed and says why, instead of confirming itself. • With two cards on the same network, the expense goes to the card with the right last four digits. • A rule learned for expenses no longer changes income with the same name. • A debt linked to an archived card counts on its own again. • The coach no longer mistakes a question containing a different amount for a command.

IMPROVEMENTS • In the widget gallery the two small widgets sit side by side, followed by the medium and the large one. FIXES • PDF statements with Debit and Credit columns that print a zero in the empty one: income no longer disappears and expenses no longer turn into income. • Coins worth fractions of a cent (SHIB, PEPE and the like) keep every digit of their price, so the holding no longer shows gains or losses that aren't there. • With two investment plans on the same holding, each plan shows only its own instalments, without doubled units and amounts. • CSV import: a file with an extra unnamed column is no longer rejected. • CSV export: a note with an unusual line break no longer splits the row when you import it back. • Apple Watch: with yen, won and other currencies without cents, cash expenses go from 50 to 50,000 in whole numbers. • A cash expense logged on the wrist stays confirmed on the cash account even if the app closes at the wrong moment.

FIXES • The PIN lock can no longer be skipped by setting the phone's clock back. • "Paid 45 gym subscription", said to Siri or typed as a quick command, now records an expense instead of creating a fixed expense. • Two fixed expenses with the same name and amount, or the coupons of two bonds with the same name, both stay even if you pause one of them. • Automatic savings into goals count toward your balance from the morning, not from noon. • Changing how often a fixed expense born on the 31st repeats brings it back to the 31st instead of leaving it on the 28th. • Price updates no longer write a zero price, or the old ticker's price if you changed it in the meantime. • "Silver crown" style names are recognised as silver, not gold. • Widgets and Apple Watch: the payday period label starts on the right day, and after midnight widgets no longer say "yesterday" right after you open the app. • Apple Watch: an expense approved on the wrist while the phone is away no longer comes back to the list to confirm. • Restoring a backup keeps the type of every debt. • Importing statements in yen or won reads "1,500" as one thousand five hundred.

NEW • A new small widget, "Rialto · spending": how much you've spent this month, or since payday if you've set it, with a little bar for every day of the period. Pick the period on the widget (long press › Edit Widget) or in Settings › Period for your numbers. • Settings regrouped, with search at the top: type "widget" or "debts" and the option shows up right away, even ones a page deeper. • After prices update automatically, the pill under your net worth says "Prices updated" while the figure rolls to the new value. IMPROVEMENTS • Searching for a category also finds subcategories: type "music" and Subscriptions shows up, with Music underneath. • "What changed" now always adds up to the cent: the starting balance is rebuilt from your transactions, so an expense entered late with an old date no longer ends up in "Unexplained". • The change under your net worth and "What changed" now count from the start of the month, or from payday if you've set it, instead of the last 30 days. • In Essential spending, each category shows what it costs per month, and the top shows essential and could-cut totals as you choose. • The last-six-months chart highlights only the current period, with the amount above each column and the average line never crossing them. • In "What changed", money moved into investments and sales at market value show the amount in grey, and plan fees have their own row instead of looking like a price drop.

IMPROVEMENTS • With Pro, holding prices update by themselves when you open the app, at most every 10 minutes. You can turn it off in Settings. • "What changed" opens as tall as its content, and money moved into investments no longer reads as a drop in net worth or as a price rise. FIXES • On a new iPhone, while data arrives from iCloud, duplicate cleanup can no longer delete real categories or accounts. • "Remove them" in sample data asks before deleting everything. • Deleting a card's account puts the linked debt back into net worth and keeps it updated. • Phrases like "Q8 40" or "Highway A1 12.50" record the right amount, and "1 200" reads as one thousand two hundred. • Import: "Debit date" or "Credit card" columns are no longer taken as amounts, descriptions starting with "Saldo…" don't disappear, and two identical rows in the same file both stay, flagged. • The financial health score of past months, the suggested category cap and a goal's monthly amount are calculated correctly. • Expenses from the watch and overdue instalments between two devices are no longer written twice. • With the passcode on, notification buttons ask to unlock the iPhone, and widgets show no numbers on a locked phone.

IMPROVEMENTS • At the top of Transactions, month, tabs and search now sit in a single panel, tidier and easier to read. • The payday-to-payday screen shows only expenses and income, closes with the × on the left and keeps "+" and "⋯" together on the right. • The notices that appear after an action now have a solid background that stands out from the list: green for confirmations, red for a deleted transaction or an error. • The last-six-months chart (and the payday periods one) shows the amount on every column, with no scale to read: the current period is dashed, and for payday periods each column shows the day it starts.

FIXES • With "The month that starts on payday", "Detail" in Today opens a payday-to-payday screen with the same totals as Today, arrows for the other periods and a chart of the last six. Transactions stays by month. • On a new iPhone, coupons already paid on your holdings are no longer deleted when data arrives from iCloud, and a "Cash" account you opened by hand and haven't used yet no longer disappears. • The debt editor no longer deletes a fixed expense of yours that has the same name as the debt: if the debt lets it go, it pauses it and you find it among your fixed expenses. • Changing how often a fixed expense repeats keeps the due day you chose. • A new transaction starts from your default spending account. With every account archived, the Accounts tab shows them so you can reactivate them. • In your first month the expected spending no longer starts from absurd figures, and "Confirm all" tells you when each expense needs a look one by one. • Typing an expense: "Marco paid me 50", "sold the bike 200" are income; "paid the cleaner's salary" and "paid the fuel refund to Marco" stay expenses; "hairdressers 30 yesterday" keeps the full name; "last Friday" goes to the right Friday. • Import: "Debit" columns written with a minus sign no longer turn expenses into income, PDFs with a negative balance read the right amount, and dates like 01.09.26 come in. • Widgets and Apple Watch: no more 0 € rows to approve, the date next to the time for expenses from earlier days, "New expense" on the wrist only with a cash account, and coach answers are covered when amounts are hidden. • On a new iPhone, if iCloud doesn't answer right away, Rialto tries again before allowing a backup restore. • A plan contribution recorded at the same time by iPhone and iPad is no longer charged twice, and two real identical fixed expenses on the same day both stay. • Two identical payments at the same shop a few minutes apart are no longer merged into one: the second goes to "To confirm" and you decide. • Names typed as a phrase keep apostrophes and accents ("L'Osteria", "McDonald's"), and widgets and the watch say "yesterday" correctly the next day too. • If a transaction can't be saved, Rialto says so instead of showing "Saved".

WHAT'S NEW • Rialto on Apple Watch is now listed among the Pro features, in the tutorial and on the subscription screen: before, you only found out by opening it on the watch. Without Pro, the watch now says so in a tidy card like the rest of the app. • Rialto tells you about Pro when it's useful: after ten expenses typed by hand, after your first imported statement, at the start of the month and after a week. Never in the first three days, at most once every two weeks, never if you already have Pro, and it closes with one tap.
