I bought toca boca, a while back. I think around a year ago. During that time I was very pleased with all of the in app purchases. Fast forward around 6 months after I bought the purchases, I went to my cousins house. They decided to do the worst thing possible. They decided to delete toca boca. I spent around $130 on toca boca! Now, I can’t get ahold of my purchases in Toca Boca and I do not know what to do. Please! Please! Please! Please fix this problem! Somehow fix it, because people like me have spent so much money. And the largest problem is that I haven’t even gotten any money back.

So I love Toca Boca. It’s a really fun game. But one day I can get in and I thought after if you did it will be fine. But it was not fine. I still couldn’t get in and that’s when I realized now people have to pay money to play Toca Boca. I was very upset. Toca Boca such a fun game and then it magically became a game then you have to pay money, like what the shrimp. Me as a kid how lives in Albania and that doesn’t have a bank account how am I supposed to pay for it. I mean I know how my parents and all but they won’t pay for it either because we don’t trust games that you need to pay. Which is like every Mobile game these days. Believe me play with those mobile games but we just don’t spend her money with games. So The creator of Toca Boca if you’re reading this at least make a game free because only kids are playing also teenagers. And they don’t have Bank accounts. Also not all families are financially stable. Please just made the game free and proven the point just please I’m a really big fan of this game and now you’re making me hate it and also all of the kids or families are not financially stable just please. 😪😭🥺

My items in my house getting deleted.

At first when i got it, i got the small house. Then i got the big house with 2 stories. After i got some suprizes from the suprize builing or whatever then i decorated my house with some of those. I got plushies, christmas trees, bags, clothes, cups and so much more. Then i made the house and i loved it so much. Sometimes the app would take me out of it and then i would have to wait about 5-10 minutes until the setting button got off the screen, and the play button showed up. Then today (Wednesday) it took me off the game as usual and put the settings button as usual. Then it put the play button then i touched ofc. After i went in my house and all of the suprizes, items i got and put into that house were not there. I tried reseting my phone but it was still like that. I was so mad because i worked very hard on that. I was most mad about the hello kitty, kuromi, my melody plushies, the christmas trees, the KATSEYE merch and the plant with ornaments on it. I love this game and im dissapointed. I deleted it and im not installing it again until this bug gets fixed and until im not mad anymore.
