Blood Pressure: Health+

Heart Rate Diary, Charts & Log

New: scan your blood pressure monitor to fill in a reading in seconds. Your readings stay in Apple Health — never shared. Blood Pressure Health+ helps you record, understand, and share your blood pressure readings — with analysis that goes deeper than any number on a cuff. Your readings are classified using the 2025 AHA/ACC and ESH/ESC guidelines, so you always see your numbers the way your GP does. Your data stays on your iPhone, synced with Apple Health. We never collect or share your health information. Scan Your Monitor Point your iPhone's camera at your blood pressure monitor's display and your reading is filled in for you to check before you save. Scanning happens on your iPhone, and a pulse that isn't clearly readable is left for you to enter. Breathe Before You Measure A guided breathing exercise helps you relax before taking a reading. Five cycles of box breathing — inhale, hold, exhale, hold — each phase four seconds long. The whole exercise takes about a minute. Stress and anxiety can raise your blood pressure by 10–20 points, so a calmer reading is genuinely a more accurate one. Classified Using Medical Guidelines Your readings are colour-coded using both ESH/ESC (European) and AHA/ACC 2025 (American) guidelines — you choose the standard your doctor follows. Categories range from optimal through the grades of hypertension, so you always know where you stand. Analysis That Reveals Patterns See your blood pressure averages across 7, 28, or 90 days with classification colours. Trend lines show whether your readings are heading up or down. A distribution view shows how often you fall into each category. Comparison cards show your numbers from different angles: today vs yesterday, this month vs your lifetime average, morning vs evening. Tag a reading "after medication" and see exactly how it shifts your average. With premium, the analysis goes deeper — time-of-day patterns, reading-to-reading variability, scatter plots showing how your systolic and diastolic relate over time, and context insights that reveal which situations and habits may be affecting your blood pressure. Share Your Data With AI Tools Export your readings in a format designed for AI tools. Ask questions about your trends, spot patterns you might have missed, and arrive at your next GP appointment with better questions. Seven days free; thirty days with premium. Apple Watch and Widgets Record readings from your wrist without reaching for your phone. Watch complications show your latest reading on your watch face. Home screen and lock screen widgets keep your blood pressure one glance away. Use Siri to log hands-free: just say "Log blood pressure." Reports Your GP Will Use Generate a PDF report with your readings, trends, and charts — ready to share at your next appointment. Download your data as a spreadsheet for your own records. Logging That Captures Context Enter systolic, diastolic, and pulse in seconds. Add custom tags — "morning," "after medication," "before exercise" — so you can see what actually affects your numbers. Every reading is colour-coded by classification, and your full history is always searchable and filterable. Reminders That Build Habits Set daily reminders so logging becomes routine. Morning and evening, or whatever schedule suits you. Consistency is what makes your data meaningful — for you and for your GP. Blood oxygen and weight from Apple Health appear alongside your blood pressure for a more complete picture. Premium also removes all advertisements. This app helps you record blood pressure readings taken with a certified blood pressure monitor. It does not measure blood pressure or heart rate and is not a medical device. • This app has not received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

Fixed: on iOS 27 the app could close right after opening. Sorry for the trouble — your readings in Apple Health were not affected. New: scan your blood pressure monitor. Point your camera at its display and your reading is filled in for you to check and save. Scanning happens on your iPhone; no photos are kept.
