One of my favourite mobile games this game is so addicting and amazing but i have one problem whenever the phone heats up too much it crashes the game i use an iphone 8 and it runs on 60 fps but i just tried it on 30 fps and the game still crashes, with 30 it says smooth but in my trashy a8 samsung it runs on 30 fps but it never crashes pls fix this

I’ve been playing this game since years now, had a break and when I came back everything has taken wrong turns, you either pull for meta characters or you can’t even do simple events lets not even talk about stygian onslaught. The pity building is so trash and so hard to get a character you like cuz the game doesn’t even give much at all at this point we aren’t able to even do simple events to get some funny “rewards” so called 30 primogems for an event that needs so much time and hard work while the rewarding isn’t even worth at all. Currently tried the event “Ruins Exploration: Fieldwise Center” and i have failed to even make it to the first batch of rewards. Lost interest in this game so much genshin burnout at this point has never been this bad to the point i want to delete my account and everything in it or just uninstall it once and for all.

This game is amazing and i recomend this game but i ahve to say the 5.0 live stream was sick! Mabey this is a clue that they are actually listening to us and im very gratful for every thing as a f2p player i think im really going to enjoy 5.0. But now lets talk about the strys the starys are actually so awsome and cool but it would be greta if there was a skip buton! I know i might be asking to much but it would save time y’know! And mabey you would get better rankings! But me personaly i enjoy this game very much even tho so things are hard… But hey always need to saty positve and try. Plus this game has teached me to never give up and to be a better lisener while im at it!:3

I haven’t played too much and haven’t gone that far, but as of right now i love it. It’s a beautifully well crafted game, the story and lore is interesting to keep you wanting to know about it more, the voice acting is great and the design is the best thing by far for me. All in all great game as of now, but i do suggest downloading it in a better system like a PC or console. For my 8+ works fine though, does use about 5GB of space and depending on how weak your battery is may drain it, which is expected of a game like this. But if you would like to try or heard a lot about it I highly recommend.
