I had a flight to Vienna due in two days after an accidental cancellation i immediately called and they kept me on hold for over 14 minutes and after messaging them on the customer service over 30 minutes they finally transferred me to a human but the damage was already done They initially said the trip was only half cancelled meaning there was only the trip to Vienna but the return was cancelled on further investigation I message them again and now they said it was fully cancelled I asked for a refund and instead of 307€ (which was the price) they now are refunding only 30 euros 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯This has never ever happened before and I travel a lot this is the first and the last time I ever make a trip on this app absolute disgrace and a disaster

I am extremely frustrated with this app because its a scam. It changed my email information which made it impossible for me to access my flight tickets (thankfully a worker helped us) and then it started showing fake gate information before the gate had even officially opened, causing confusion and almost making us miss our flight. The entire experience was stressful, unreliable, and completely unacceptable for something people are supposed to trust while traveling, and customer support was absolutely no help at all. I will not be using this app again and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

I booked a flight through this agency for a specific price and immediatly i recived an email saying that i had to wait for a confirmation. Meanwhile they charged me 18 € for the service. The email said that i would recive my confirmation within 24h, well 48 h went by and still nothing. Finally i managed to find an email to contact them and the answer was horrible. They told me that due to the delay in confimation and bla bla, the price of the ticket had been doubled. I went then and booked a flight directly at the flying company for a lesser price. But i spent 18€ for nothing. So please do not let these people lie to you.
