I tried to call you and reach you through phone call because its the only way to communicate with you. I want to make a refund about my cancellation for my prime subscription account but there’s no way to reach you for this problem. Im so dissatisfied. Ive got a solution with every company but with u its just impossible.

Kosovo country is not listed to citzenship countries list. Is not possible to checkin. I ordered using opodo because of cheap price, but if you are not adding Kosovo and allowing to checkin I will be request refund and order elsewere and leaving you with 1 star rating. If you add Kosovo this week, i will change rating. Thank you.
