Hi, I subscribed to your app thinking it had a free trial, but I was charged immediately. I canceled it a few minutes later and didn’t get to use it because it was too difficult. Apple denied my refund request. I kindly ask if you can help me directly with a refund or some solution, as this charge really affected me.Thank you for understanding.
