It was working perfectly, till 1 day i got and email, i need to verify, check verification center and i do it i upload all the documents they ask me to upload! And next day i see some approved some under review, ok maybe they need time so i leave it like that. After one month isee my card got blocked! I contact immediately the costumer service and the answer is i don't upload the documents in time, promptly answered I've done this in time and still under review! The answer was need more information check verification center! So i do that and inupload again ohter documents, next days same thing some approved some under review! Now after a month my account was blocked and the point is i got blocked because I don't upload the documents in time!. This is unbelievable i upload the documents the same day they asked me, this costumer service is so unprofessional that till today after 2 months my documents are under review and my account is blocked

I genuinely regret the day i decided to be paid through Payoneer. The app is horrible, you cannot withdraw money from it if you’re from a smaller country and only have to order the card. You can’t order the card unless you have more than 100 USD in your account. And when you do order the card they won’t accept any document that you send despite the document having everything they asked for. They won’t answer to your emails and will send you automatic replies. Horrible app, rules and costumer service. For any freelancer out there just know this is not worth it find a different way.

I absolutely love the service. It’s quick, great user interface and fair fees. The only downside for me, would be the verification process for the card, which I get is there for security reasons, but makes it overwhelming for people in not very modernized countries regarding address systems.
In this update, we fixed bugs and made general performance improvements. More to come soon!
