This is the worst app possible. Logs you out and asks you for telephone number each time you open the app. Sometimes it won’t open the app at all, just shows the logo. Even when you are logged in it takes ages to do basic functions such as loading transactions, digital card or coupons. This is really horrible. I don’t understand how Apple allows such a bad app on its store. Please don’t say contact customer support because they cannot help. I tried. They told me to use biometrics when app won’t even open. I deleted the app.

The Happy Loyalty app is very disappointing. It does not work properly and often prevents users from logging in. I keep trying to access my account, but the app either freezes or fails to load. This makes it impossible to use its features, which is extremely frustrating. The app needs serious improvements in stability and login functionality.

This app is not working. I enter my number to recover my account, but it just stays on a blank page. I already have the latest update, and it still doesn’t work. It gets stuck on a blank page, and when I try a second time, it only stays on the app logo. Please provide a solution.
