Hi,We're sorry to hear about your negative experience with the game, but we can assure you that we have no control over the rolling of the dice and winning in the game. It's completely random and based on luck and chance. Also, the game is totally free to play, we provide numerous bonuses to the players so that they can play for free.Regards,BGL Team

I’ve deleted this game six times and reinstalled it, hoping the gameplay had improved—but nothing has changed. The opponent always seems to win at the very last moment with the exact doubles it needs. No matter how well I play or how far ahead I am, the computer miraculously rolls the perfect dice to steal the win. It just doesn’t feel fair or truly random. This time I’m deleting it for good. Unless the developers fix the dice mechanics, I won’t be coming back.

If you want to play and deal with loosing every time by choice of the algorithm then it’s a very nice game, otherwise you should definitely pay in order to rank higher levels. So it’s not a game who rewards your strategy but how much you’re willing to pay. At some point it gets really frustrating when you’re in the best position possible and then you get the deices specifically to ruin your game.

Hi, Sorry to hear about your negative experience with the game, however, we can assure you that dice rolls in Backgammon Live are determined with a Random Number Generator (RNG) which means that each dice roll is random. We have no control over it or winning in the game. Kind regards, BGL team
Fix the dice roll

Why you dont put dice rolls completely random man why everytime when you need a number it comes exactly the way you need for me or the opponent it dosnt matter. When you play this backgamon it is all in the handa of a computer no skills or luck needed. Thats not a real backgamon play
