Very disappointed with Farfetch. Pricing for non-EU orders is very unclear. Checkout said “VAT included”, but VAT was not removed even though taxes are paid in the destination country. I also received 3 different prices for the same item: what I paid, the invoice price, and the tag price. Customer support stopped replying when I asked about the VAT refund. Very misleading and frustrating experience. Won’t use this app again.

I had a bad kind of eBay experience, with costume service answers 1time in 2 days, no exchange policy for the same item but wrong size, shipping fees and items prices increased . Very bad experience but could find that same item in another app.
