Do you want to slim in 6 days and to eat tasty and healthy at the same time?
Six Petals Diet was designed by Swedish nutritionist Anna Juhansson and is based on the principle of mono-diets alternation. The mono-diets are going exactly in a certain order: fish, vegetables, chicken, cereals, cottage cheese and fruits. 6 days of the diet are equal to 6 mono-diet courses and 6 petals on your flower.
You will find everything you need to follow all the rules of Six Petals Diet comfortably and easily in our application. Namely:
• A detailed description of the Six Petals Diet and its stages
• Diet calendar in a flower form with six petals turns dull and difficult process into a game
• Delicious and healthy recipes for every day
• Save your results and track the weight changes every day
• Reminders for every diet day
One more and perhaps the most enjoyable petal diet principle for all slimming is an absence of all-out hunger and the diet easy tolerance.
Slimming has never been so easy!
