Cant switch account in iphone with facebook, it stays in one account. Did clear cache and also uninstall but it opens the same account

When I am requested to build sawmill it will try to build another building, and it will be stuck there. It doesn’t matter where i click, it will force click the building icon(stables), I cannot click build. I used the last option for civilisation.
