Broken app
This app double charged my credit card and the company did not reverse the money, claiming they didn’t have an option to refund it and that I could use it as a future credit on the app. They even used words as “you can use it as you wish on our app”. Scam! Better avoid it!

Fraud
I have a number with contract and my number has been blocked multiple times . When I contacted the support not only didn’t they bother to fix the problem they told me that I hadn’t paid a the bill that was supposed to be paid 4 months ago . Even after I showed them proof of my bank statement that the payment was made I wasn’t able to activate my number . They only fixed my problem after I filed a complaint and contacted the complaint phone number.
After this issue I had another issue lately with the app and the support team. I used to pay my bill from my Vodafone app by adding money from the bank to my phone number and than pay the bill with the balance, when I tried to do this today it wasn’t possible. I contacted the support team and they told me this option never existed which is a lie because I have done it this way before . The only thing that they told me was that I can buy an extra package with the money ( which I’m not interested in) . I wrote the support team in WhatsApp and they didn’t answer me anymore after I told them why didn’t Vodafone notify me as a client about the changes .

Pakenaqesi absolute ne dyqanet vodafone.
Per te bere ndryshim emri nga nje person ne tjetrin, ne nje pike ne Astir, thonin nuk dime ta bejme. Ndersa sherbimi i klientit thote qe NE nuk ju ndihmojme dot pasi duhet bere vetem ne dyqan.
Meqe ne Astir nuk jane kompetent, kemi plotesuar te gjithe formulart ne vodafone TEG, pas nje kave pritje, telefonojme sherbimin e klientit dhe ata thone qe nuk rezulton asnje praktike. Kemi shkuar ne teg fizikisht dhe operatoret e dyqanit me konfermuan qe praktika eshte bere, kemi nje problem teknik ne, ndersa dokumentat tuaja i ka marre puntorja qe ishte dhe nuk e dime ku i ka cuar. ( pra, me shume mundesi, po perdore dokumentat e klienteve per FRODE) kemi kontaktuar me sherbimin e klientit dhe nuk pranojne as per te diskutuar me nje supervisor, pra, le te kuptoje qe ka nje bashkpunim mes tyre. Duke u bazuar ne eksperjencen time, NUK E KESHILLOJ KETE OPERATOR. Nese do merret parasysh ankesa ime, do e rishikoj dhe kete vlersim. Faleminderit!
