Broken app
This app double charged my credit card and the company did not reverse the money, claiming they didn’t have an option to refund it and that I could use it as a future credit on the app. They even used words as “you can use it as you wish on our app”. Scam! Better avoid it!

Fraud
I have a number with contract and my number has been blocked multiple times . When I contacted the support not only didn’t they bother to fix the problem they told me that I hadn’t paid a the bill that was supposed to be paid 4 months ago . Even after I showed them proof of my bank statement that the payment was made I wasn’t able to activate my number . They only fixed my problem after I filed a complaint and contacted the complaint phone number.
After this issue I had another issue lately with the app and the support team. I used to pay my bill from my Vodafone app by adding money from the bank to my phone number and than pay the bill with the balance, when I tried to do this today it wasn’t possible. I contacted the support team and they told me this option never existed which is a lie because I have done it this way before . The only thing that they told me was that I can buy an extra package with the money ( which I’m not interested in) . I wrote the support team in WhatsApp and they didn’t answer me anymore after I told them why didn’t Vodafone notify me as a client about the changes .
Nice app
Congrats for the really nice UI. I’m also enjoying the UX.
I’ve noticed just some small problems using it on the Iphone 14 pro,
fex: in some pages the text goes behind the dynamic island and the X button is really hard to press. Also there are cards with ‘undefined’ in it. I think you need to handle this. Everything else seems ok.
