Good but improvements are needed
Biometrics recognition is missing inside the app
It requires access to camera even if you choose to upload photo from device
It requires mic access even though there is no need for it

Thank you for the review. We had an alternative to upload docs manually, but at the moment the feature is disabled. All onboarding requests go through the video (audio in some cases) identification and verification and this is a legal constrain we cannot avoid. But please feel free to test again and help us with more feedback. Faleminderit.
Best Finance/Online Banking App for Albanian citizens
Love the app the design everything the functionality of the app all is there, there are some bugs here and there but generally is very good established in the market. Love the Pago Card it has very good compatibility with every pos or online purchase. Staff is amazing and very fast responding for everything just contact them through Whatsapp with your question and you will see. Thanks the developers and the CEO of the company they have done an amazing Online banking for albanian citizens.
Would love to see even a website to access my online banking.
