In Albanian there is an expression Tak Fak and this suits this application because you can find Taxi Tak Fak (as soon as you open and close your eyes) and the prices are very good and this also applies to tourists who should definitely use it so that they don't come across with any taxi driver who can get you a price different from the real one.
