The level of service at this bank is simply a disgrace. There is a complete sense that the processes do not work at all: issues are not resolved, support replies with copy-paste templates, and every request turns into a meaningless back-and-forth with no result. The customer is clearly not a priority — they are just passed from one department to another and made to wait endlessly. In the end, instead of solving problems, you are left with nothing but wasted time, stress, and a feeling of complete disorder within the system.

This is probably one of the worst DESIGNED payment application, more then 30 minutes I can’t fine my account number, it’s hidden and god knows where I can find it. All what I can see the amount of money I have, neither bank account nor debit cards information are displayed. Almost all other payment applications show this information on the first page.

Anton, bank has the right to limit banking services based on several parameters. This could be the classification of high-risk countries, unusual and risk-taking behavior of the user, and others. We sent you a notification about this before closing the account.
