I’ve been using Onex for international shopping and shipping to Armenia, and my experience has been excellent. The service is fast, reliable, and very convenient. Their warehouse addresses in different countries make it easy to order products from international stores that don’t ship directly to Armenia.Packages are processed quickly, delivery times are reasonable, and tracking information is clear and accurate. I also appreciate the friendly customer support team, who are always ready to help with any questions or issues.

Never had any issues till recently. They’ll be sending you “ready for pickup” notifications only to revert the status of your delivery to “on the way” when you show up to pick things up. So you’ll chat in with support right? Yeah good luck, they’ll drop your chats few times in a row, they’ll have you waiting on the phone line and drop the call, so on your 10th attempt you’ll reach someone who’ll tell you “awww tough luck I’m sorry wait a few days”. What do they say after a few days? “Wait a few days”. And after that? “Wait a few days”. There was no transparency over a myriad attempts of contacting support, this is something that happens with deliveries on the regular these days. They front as a safer option with all of these additional protection fees and higher prices, but really all you get is a higher price tag on a service that they don’t deliver on or communicate. If you don’t respect your deadlines and your support barely exists, why would anyone pay 2x of what a smaller company with less resources charges?

The interface is clean, intuitive, and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate even on the first use. Features are thoughtfully designed and actually solve real problems, which sets this app apart from others in the same category. I also appreciate the quick load times and lack of bugs — everything just works smoothly. The recent updates show that the developers really listen to user feedback and are committed to improving the experience. Highly recommended!
