Marketing Is Killing the Product

Credit counting in this product is not accurate, and the numbers advertised do not match reality.1. Image generation costs far more than stated. The advertised price is 5 credits per image. In practice, one generation costs 80 credits. On top of that, the tool generates four images at once, even though I never asked for that. It looks like a way to burn through more credits.2. No free or unlimited options. In this version there is nothing free or unlimited for Runway Gen 4.5 or Alef 2.0. Every generation costs credits, and the real cost does not match the published pricing. For example, a 5-second Runway Gen 4.5 video is listed at 12 credits per second, which should be 60 credits. In reality, it consumes more than 100 credits. That is almost double what is advertised.3. The cherry on top: the prompt length limit. The character limit per generation is extremely tight. You cannot fit a full scene description into 1,000 characters. So you end up regenerating again and again, and paying each time.Bottom line: Generation ends up being extremely expensive, and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. With such a small prompt limit, you simply cannot write a properly detailed prompt to keep the model's "creativity" under control. The result is unpredictable output and wasted credits.

"I am extremely disappointed with your service. I have already paid for a subscription, but I am getting absolutely zero results. Every time I try to generate a video, it just keeps loading indefinitely and eventually shows a 'Try again' error message. Not a single video has been created successfully.I feel like I've wasted my money on a broken tool. Since the service is not functioning as promised, I am requesting a full refund of my payment immediately. Please resolve this issue or process my refund as soon as possible."

Idid not use the app from the very first day and canceled the subscription after just two days.Now they are trying to charge me for this nonsense.I purposely have $0 on my card so they can’t take any money from me.However, this is preventing me from downloading other apps.I demand that they manually remove all my data from their system and stop trying to charge me any money.
