Rating lost due to a delayed game loading

Everything was fine, until recently I lost rating for three games I was not even able to start because of the bug: I saw the initial game loading screen, while it appeared the game had started. The worst part is that to report the issue I had to argue with the support chat bot for 20 minutes. And I still did not receive my rating back. Please make it easier for the users to report issues.Update: I have got a message from support and the rating is restored now. Thank you! 5 stars are yours!

There is a bug in this new update

I am losing games because my and my opponent’s timers are stopping to count. And no one is being able to make a move, after while the game is being awarded and I am losing because of connection problem, abandonment or time up.
