Never works smooth. When answering calls it takes 10-20 seconds delay when it connects and possible to talk regardless of connection type even when both speakers use WiFi.
would like to suggest two features that would significantly improve the user experience in Viber:

1. Sticker Sharing/Marketplace: It would be great to have the ability to save and download stickers used by other people, rather than being limited only to the official sticker market. Many users, especially younger ones, create unique and much more engaging content. Currently, we can only exchange custom stickers with friends, but it would be amazing to have a broader platform for sharing them.2. Animated Stickers: Please add support for animated stickers, similar to those in Telegram or TikTok. This would make our conversations with friends much more expressive, convenient, and enjoyable.Thank you for considering these improvements!

I honestly don't understand why Viber is still so popular.Instead of fixing long-standing bugs and serious issues, the developers keep adding features that nobody asked for, such as AI integration, paid customization options, and other unnecessary gimmicks. Even worse, almost every update seems to introduce new bugs and stability issues.What makes it even more frustrating is how aggressively these "new features" are pushed. They're constantly promoted inside the app, making it feel like the developers care more about forcing new additions onto users than improving the overall experience.It feels like they're more interested in making the app look "modern" than actually making it better. What's the point of adding flashy new features if the core functionality still has problems?If you value your time and your sanity, I'd recommend avoiding Viber and using one of the many better alternatives instead.Thanks for reading.

Same account in two devices

It is so uncomfortable for me that I am not able to use my account in two devices simultaneously. And some messages are not shown in one device. Please let us to use it in many devices, cause sometimes I need to open it in computer or in different phone, but identification doesn’t work properly.
