This app is so good but why have not support English language???
For Armenian users! Stay away, almost scam

I’ve already faced the same issue FOUR times. Every time I place an order, the delivery date keeps getting automatically extended again and again. At the same time, the app does not allow me to cancel the order myself. My money just stays locked while the order keeps getting extended multiple times, and then eventually Ozon cancels it themselves. This feels like giving the company a free loan — like a bank deposit, but without any interest. If the seller cannot ship the item, customers must have the ability to cancel the order immediately and get their money back. Repeated automatic extensions without giving the buyer control is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.Fix your system so customers can cancel orders when delivery keeps getting postponed.
The worst shop
~Ani~*~Papyan~
I'm ordering here for more than two weeks.. None of my orders arrived so far. They are being cancelled in few days with a reason that the product is out of stock, but I'm checking and it is still possible to order it. Some deliveries are postponed just on the day they should have arrived, and then after few days the order is cancelled. It mean Im paying and my order is being cancelled after two weeks I ordered it. I lose time and my peace here.. Will never order again.
Delay in deliveries

Every time my orders get delayed with unknown time and reasons. As the app doesn’t have a customer support inside I will write it here as a review. I don’t get any information on my orders and then I cancel them because during that time I order from somewhere else, maybe a bit expensive but with better customer support and time estimation.Awful. I don’t recommend this service
