Lights out on your Lock Screen No more remembering when the session starts. Your session card now rolls onto the grid by itself, about an hour before every session, the app can stay closed. It counts down to lights out, goes green the moment the session begins, and takes the chequered flag on its own. Choose which sessions make the cut in Settings → Live Activities.
