bugs fix SharkMobile is a strength-training diary and athlete community app. The current interface is in Russian. STRENGTH AND DIARY Log exercises, sets, repetitions and working weights. Review workout history, body measurements, progress and personal records. Use the rest timer, warm-up, estimated-max and RPE tools. The diary works offline; account-based backup is a separate, optional setting. OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH Connect Apple Health to import body weight from the preceding 30 days into days without an existing diary measurement, and to export completed strength-training workouts. Sync is off by default and runs while the app is open. The diary remains available without granting access. Health data is not used for advertising. COMMUNITY One general chat and a separate club-access lounge. Messages, shark stickers, photos, videos, attachments and reactions. Moderators create polls; members vote. Community rules, reporting, blocking and moderation are available. NEWS, TEAM AND FAQ Read community news, find coaches and the team's published links, and browse frequently asked questions. Contact the team through the Manager tab. Manage notifications, app lock and signed-in devices. Data export and account deletion are available from your profile. The app is free and intended for adults. SharkMobile is a training tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment. Consult a qualified professional about health and appropriate exercise.
