Task-Based Conversations Each conversation in TheTaskTalk functions as a dedicated "task group" where members can exchange messages, files, images, and videos related to a specific project or task. Controlled Access Only the "first user" (organization owner or administrator) can create the initial task conversation group. After creation, the admin can invite other users, who may then also create new task groups within the organization. PIN-Only Authentication No usernames, emails, or phone numbers are needed. Access to TheTaskTalk is protected by a personal PIN code, ensuring that only invited members can participate in conversations. Invite-Only Membership Every member joins by invitation. The app verifies each participant through a secure PIN before granting access, keeping all groups private and closed to outsiders. End-to-End Encryption All messages, photos, files, and videos shared in TheTaskTalk are fully encrypted using a proprietary encryption system developed for maximum confidentiality. Only authorized group members can decrypt and view the content. Flexible Administration Group owners can assign admin roles to trusted members, who can then invite new participants or manage access levels within their task conversation groups.
