Bug fix and improvements
Ratings and Reviews
App is meh, but the interaction with support and delivery is top notch
App has several bugs, questionable design decisions (like prompting an update when you’re at the register) and overall feels like it’s due for an overhaul.
But the delivery crew, staff that assembles your order, chat support - these guys are god tier. Delivery is almost always earlier than expected, they have POS terminals, the store staff that picks out produce actually cares that you get the good produce and read the comments you leave for them, chat support is lightning fast. Props to the Megamall YC crew, give those guys a raise, they care about their customers on a level that’s way above than what’s average in Armenia.
Order rating bug
It’s good application. But I already wrote to you about a problem with rating system.
App requires to rate the last order every open an app. Even I set a stars, the app open rating banner again. It’s looks like a bug. Please fix it!
App Updates
Not bad but the fact that you force to update the app each time the new update comes out is quite annoying. Especially when you need to scan the card at the cashier and the app asks you for an update. Many apps are still able to run fine on the precious versions and do not require the freshest one but not yours unfortunately
