Getting started
If you’re already signed up to MyAccount, just use your existing login details.
If you’re new to the service, just download the app to register your details. You can choose what language you’d like to use from a range of languages.

We're excited to announce the latest release of MyAccount, featuring a new area designed to showcase the extra care support that we offer, as well as provide tips and resources to help you stay on top of your bills.
We've also addressed the following issues:
- Users will no longer see the "log out successful" screen after logging in
- Users can see exact usage metrics by tapping the bars of the water usage graph
