Enhancements:

Improve Introduction for New Users

• Revamped the Welcome Screen and enhanced the user experience for Space creation.
• Added a default “Penloop” folder on iCloud Drive for convenient access to your Space.
• Redesigned the Menu and Settings to be more user-friendly, with added explanatory text throughout the interface to clarify features.

Auto-Save Notes

• Add auto-save each individual notes
• To enable auto-save functionality, we completely rewrote the save-load algorithm. The app is now 8 times faster, offering a significantly snappier experience.
• In recent tests, loading time for 500 articles on a single page improved dramatically from over 30 seconds to just 4 seconds on an iPad Pro 10.5 (2017). Performance may vary on different devices.

Apple Calendar Integration

• Added support for Apple Calendar integration with a native Apple interface (available on iOS 17 and later) Users can now include calendars from Apple Calendar, select which ones to display, and view them seamlessly within the Penloop calendar.

Optimize for older devices

• We’ve received numerous reports of poor performance on older devices, so we decided to rewrite many UI elements using a new algorithm to improve efficiency.

Other

• Journals are now displayed on the Calendar.
• Added support for auto-capitalize, auto-dashes, and auto-quotes.
• Enhanced user experience for Bookmarks, Log List, Timer, and Stopwatch.
• Enhance the user experience for syncing data between devices

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed the issue where events and reminders were displayed in the wrong time phase.
• Corrected the size of the checkmark button in RTFD files when unarchiving Space Files.
• Improved icon resolution to prevent pixelation and missing details.
• Resolved the problem of notifications appearing on the incorrect file.
• Fixed the issue with removing bookmark images not working properly.
• Addressed the problem of the keyboard covering the text editing area on iPad.
• Corrected the issue where tapping a notification would not navigate to the related page.
• Fixed various other minor bugs and crashes.
