--- WBS ---
Manage the work breakdown structure (WBS) in outline and diagram views, layout work packages and update estimates; import work items from MS excel; export the WBS as PDF, Excel and image files, AND export it as a project plan file.

The WBS is a hierarchical and incremental decomposition of the project into phases, deliverables, and work packages. It is a tree structure that shows a breakdown of the effort required to achieve a goal, such as a program, a project, and a contract.

WBS can be synced across multiple devices and teams via email, airdrop, or third-party cloud apps, exported as image, Excel, and PDF files, and AND exported as a project plan in QuickPlan. WBS supports batch entry of work items and import from MS Excel file.

The apps are well designed for project management

I think these apps must be designed by a team with very strong project/program/team management experience - with the process awareness, and the capability to tailor the process of project management, to help easily sketch work, estimate and plan the tasks, and the awesome PDF,Excel reports.

As a program manager, I can complete my WBS and SCHEDULE quickly when discussing with the customers and team, with needed documents such as team structure, estimate…

Apps designed well - smooth, intuitive and really simple, there are videos in the apps for quick start. I am the fan of the wonderful UI

Need more custom fields

2023-02-03 (3-start): I bought this bundle and the Roadmap app. The descriptions give the impression that these apps support a workflow from using Roadmap for high-level planning and QuickPlan for detailed planning. The Roadmap app gives you 6 Text fields, 3 Boolean fields, 2 Multiple Text line fields, and 3 URL fields (no number fields are provided). But the QuickPlan app only gives you 2 URL fields (plus notes) (no Number fields are provided). So you can’t import the details in the Roadmap into QuickPlan. There are no Text Fields available to capture the additional information you need to manage your project in QuickPlan. These apps also provided limited ability to customize your exports to excel. For example, you cannot exclude some fields; with the duration fields in QuickPlan, you can either display work days or both work days and calendar days but you cannot display only calendar days. So far, I have used the Roadmap and QuickPlan apps to create notional plans, but unfortunately with limited ability to capture task details and customize exports I can’t see using the QuickPlan app for managing the projects during execution.
