I’m really glad I purchased the ketoscan mini. I’m realizing I didn’t really have as much of a handle on understanding ketosis as I thought I did. Monitoring is key. And I love that I can do that without pricking myself.I’d like to have a lot more information on how the keto levels in the app were arrived at. I’d also very much appreciate a dark mode for this app (get rid of the the bright white screens). Thanks!

Reliable-when I re-check, it always gives me the same reading. Its fast, tiny, easy to use, and extremely helpful in analyzing my food and how it effects my ketone level. The Keto diet is hard and seeing the numbers is an incentive and makes it all a fun science project.

I’ve been enjoying tracking my keto progress more directly than the scale. I test twice a day, before waking and mid-evening. If my numbers stay good I know the scale will follow.
