Extremely Disappointed

I’ve used this app twice now and the second time have had the worst experience. The first time my house was cleaned the cleaner did a fantastic job. The house was beautiful, but I did notice that one of my glasses had disappeared (I assume they broke it) and didn’t mention it m. I was okay with this because the house was super clean and that was more important. Tonight I came home expecting to find my house also very clean and beautiful. However, that wasn’t the case. I paid for a 4 hour service and for the life of me, can’t figure out what the cleaner did in that time. All of the cleaning supplies were organized and labeled in English and Korean. I even left notes on the bathroom instructing spots that needed clean and rooms that didn’t need cleaning. In the 4 hours that I paid for, my dishes were washed but not dried - instead, all containers were sealed shut with water left dripping inside for bacteria to grow, and my food waste was recycled downstairs. My floors were not swept or mopped in any room, the recycling and trash was left in the cans, the toilets were not cleaned, the sinks were not cleaned (instead there were new markings that I had to scrub off), the bathroom floors had new dirt on them from the cleaner, the shower was not cleaned, the rugs were not cleaned, there was hair (not previously there) in the floor drains, the mirrors have spray Marlins all over them from where they were not wiped properly and there is a mess all over my closet door made from cleaner than was not wiped away. This is unacceptable service provided for what I paid for. I want a full refund immediately. I would not recommend your service to anyone who wants a reliable cleaning for the price they pay.

바닥은 물걸레질을 했지만 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 싱크대와 욕실도 닦았지만 깔끔하지 않았고, 전자레인지와 가스레인 지 아래는 여전히 더러웠습니다. 4시간 청소비를 지불했는 데, 청소하신 분은 2시간 반 만에 떠났습니다. TV 선반에도 먼지가 그대로 있었고, 제가 준비한 다양한 청소용품과 솔은 거의 사용하지 않고 대부분 윈덱스만 사용하셨습니다. 소독 용 물티슈도 거의 사용하지 않으셨고, 싱크대 배수구 부분은 아예 청소하지 않으셨습니다.이럴 거면 차라리 제가 직접 청소하는 게 더 낫지 않나요?The floor was mopped but not clean. The sink and bathroom were also cleaned but not clean, and the area under the microwave and stove was still dirty. I paid for 4 hours of cleaning, but the cleaner left after 2 and a half hours. The TV shelf was still dusty, and the various cleaning supplies and brushes I provided were barely used, mostly just Windex. The disinfecting wipes were barely used, and the sink drain area was not cleaned at all.In this case, wouldn't it be better if I just cleaned it myself?
