We switched from Pandora for Business which is the most user unfriendly workplace music player I’ve ever used. Pandora shuffled horribly, doesn’t leave out explicit content even when that option is selected, and even when we had 50 different playlists in rotation, we’d here the same music every day. Soundtrack isn’t perfect (they play a lot of unknown artists and B sides I think,) but you can create hundreds of large playlists using genres and decades and it keeps the music different and inviting. For me, it’s about not hearing the same stuff over and over, I could care less if my favorite artist is playing. I’ve used it for 2 weeks now and I’m just now starting to hear song repeats. I only have about 20 playlists so I just need to add some more.

I need the people who are going to read this to understand just how much I loathe and hate this app we use it at work and can not stand it I want a playlist for example like idk Michal Jackson I get maybe ONE song for every 14 songs of random people no one’s ever heard of and don’t get me started on like popular songs it plays maybe one song by any artist you look up and it’s not even their most popular song then another 13 of random mf people no one knows of and GOD FORBID you accidentally skip a song you can’t go back you’re forever stuck with that decision of skipping a song on accident theirs a host of other problems like the loading issues the app doesn’t even load half the time going between menus then I’ll find playlist of songs I’m like oh this seems like a cool playlist 2 songs maybe can’t shuffle a playlist cans queue any songs can’t pick a song to play and maybe I’m on the free version of it but if all that is locked behind a pay wall I hope you have explosive diarrhea and can’t find an open stall I hope both sides of ur pillow get peed on by ur dog and you lay down in it I hope ur car gets hit and run I hope ur late on all ur bills I can not begin to explain how much I HATE using this terrible app everyday I come into work

A few days ago I received an email asking for feedback and I had responded with my thoughts. Just this morning an actual person from the company emailed me addressing my concerns and thoughts. I was absolutely shocked, I had no problems with the service just little things I disliked, but they responded anyway and even changed one of the playlists based on my observation that one song didn’t quite follow the rest of the playlist. I was so impressed I had to write a review. They pointed me in the right direction for my brand as well. Highly recommend.

Finally, a music streaming service licensed for business but feels like what we’re used to. We’ve tried antiquated commercial services that are so out dated and offer terrible service. With this app, we can customize playlists, schedule weeks of music for different day parts and adjust music for different areas (the refer to them as zones), choose new tracks for events, and holidays. Great user experience and easy to use.
