Most of the people in my company use the app on a phone. Uploads are usually done at the end of the day as we drive home. I have had videos take all night to upload. Vendor blames our internet. I have used work phone, personal internet, hotspot, client, and random free providers and always have issues. Now we have a new page and it is so redundant it makes my head hurt. I should not have to scroll through 300 clients that are no longer alphabetical listed as new clients are added. Maybe that is my company being cheap, but alphabetically listed should be a thing. Allowing me to just type in the box would be way more efficient than scrolling to get to the 8 clients at my location versus the 300 across 50 states.

After the latest Talonview update, we’ve encountered a usability issue.Previously, we were able to add photos directly under each section (for example, “Alpha Sector Overview – Rear View” or “Top View”) using the camera option right inside the form.Now, after the update, we can only upload photos from the Main Gallery, which makes the process much less convenient. It takes extra time to search among hundreds of photos instead of capturing and uploading them directly to the correct section.We kindly ask you to restore the previous functionality that allowed users to take and upload photos directly under each section. This would greatly improve efficiency and accuracy in the field.

After your most recent update, I am no longer able to que my photos to easily sort through and choose to upload. With so many photos we work through in our close out, this is devastating. I have tried to report the issue but am unable to, so I will just write it here. I am currently in 2 projects with 1000s of photos to sort and it is a nightmare.

Subject: Sort Order Change for Media Uploads in TalonView Mobile AppWe are experiencing an unexpected change in the default sort order for media displayed during the upload process within the TalonView mobile application.Previously, captured or existing media files were displayed in Descending Order (Newest First), making the most recently added image or document immediately accessible at the top of the list.Currently, the list appears to be sorting in Ascending Order (Oldest First), requiring users to scroll to the end of the list to locate the newest item for upload.Please advise on how to revert this list sort order setting to display the newest media first.
