The people on the plane and at the gates are very nice, but the app is terrible and how they run the business is terrible. They keep updating the app and it never gets any better. Always difficult to use and pretty much the worst travel that I’ve ever used.They show one base price but when you try and book it bounces around and the prices almost always goes up. I can’t imagine that the company doesn’t have enough money to get a decent app created area. course you could never talk to anybody, so you’re just kind of screwed if you try and book something and it doesn’t go right.Another good thing is when they change your schedule they give you an opportunity to accept or change it. If you’re lucky enough to book both segments of the round trip at a reasonable price then you can get a really good price. I think if they could fix the app, it would make a world of difference.

Don’t know if it’s an iOS issue or not, but this app is an exercise in futility. Choosing and filling out required fields and almost completed to purchase only to get kicked out of the app back to the home page and have to start all over again. Ended up using my laptop and using the website to book. When it was time to check in, I attempted to do so with the app. I double-checked and triple-checked the info was entered correctly and every try it came back with “booking not found”. Once again, I had to go through the website to successfully check-in. The problem with that was there was no indication of how to download the boarding passes. I took a screenshot but I’m assuming we’ll still have to go to the counter to get a paper boarding pass. If I could give this app a zero I would.
This is the worst company in the business.

Philippines supposed to be the “Christian” country, this company is full of lazy liars and thieves. The pricing of tickets and luggage is designed for you to fail and if you need customer service they put you in a queue of 1000 people to talk to one live service agent. My flight was 3 hours out and I was still in queue to resolve a baggage issue that they made by the time I was on the flight. I will never use this garbage airline again. They should be banned from the industry. I’m worried to even board their garbage airplane in fear of my life because of every other scam and corner they cut, I would t doubt if they don’t pay the mechanics enough to do a decent job. This is actually the worst airline I’ve ever encountered and I’ve been to over 75 countries.

Always hate using Cebu because of how grimy they are (in terms of business practices). Perfect example of a polished pile of garbage. They work hard to look nice but work extra hard to steal your money and make things inconvenient for the customer. The website doesn’t work properly when you “migrate your existing account” or whatever. Basically you HAVE to download their dumb app in order to login to edit your bookings. Then the app doesn’t let you request a reimbursement to your original payment method. It has the button but doesn’t let you select it. It just selects the “travel fund” option and you are forced to go with that option.Everything is built to steal your money and ensure they disappoint you. And of course you cannot complain since they disbanded their customer support. Probably because they didn’t want to take so many calls from customers complaining on how awful they are. You’ll get better customer service from the 46 year old 3 time divorced minimum wage worker on the night shift, who without fail, spits in people’s food if they ask for extra ketchup.
