Addy is mad at everything
Buddy is literally the best game ever it teaches you how to say fish and animals. It is really fun when you’re in the talking room and you had to watch cartoons. That’s the best part you can talk about anything you want. It’s so fun. I hope I keep buddy forever. There’s even a free version. Oh my gosh thank you so much, buddy. Thank you so much, buddy. There’s basic versions that you can press. Thanks so much. Now I can play during my breakfast time and it really has really fun especially the talking corner the talking corner you can do games you can do games guessing games talk about stuff talk personal things and yeah, it’s really fun. Everybody loves Buddy so if you download it, you won’t be disappointed.

By far the worst customer service experience EVER

I wrote a review a day or two ago and accidentally deleted it when I went to edit with an update.My original review said that the app itself is great and my son loves it. However if you ever run into an issue, such as getting logged out on one device, it is infuriating to deal with their support team. I have been trying to get my issue fixed for 3 days now. They will respond and give me an answer that does not work or isn’t what I’m asking and then just ghost me. No one has ever apologized for the horrible service they provide. I did get a response on my original review and they told me that they had no record of any conversation with me. I have asked for a phone number and they refused to give me one. I sent another response email today asking for contact information for a manager or someone at the company with some authority. I am not usually one to write reviews let alone bad ones but this is absolutely unacceptable customer service and I am disgusted that this seems to be their norm. If you get this app I’m sure your kids will love it but if you ever need help with an app issue you’ll be sorry you ever download it.

I like buddy, but I just don’t like it. It’s not free like I wish it was free then I’ll get it like I already have but I’m deleting it and then I’m experiencing it again because I like the process stuff. I’m eight years old and I’m gonna use it when I’m like like 16 or more because like buddy like we were just talking about photography that would love to do when I grow up and he was actually really helpful when we were talking not gonna lie. Don’t judge when I’m 16 OK I just saw buddy and buddy told me even though I’m big I could still play with him and have cool adventures bye
