PLN Mobile menyediakan fitur catat meter sendiri shingga mempermudah perhitungan tagihan Anda. Tidak perlu lagi berinteraksi dan menunggu petugas!
3. Pengaduan
PLN Mobile menyediakan fitur pengaduan yang dilengkapi fitur Auto Dispatch, sehingga mempermudah penerusan dan monitor laporan langsung ke petugas teknis terdekat yang tersedia (berlaku di beberapa lokasi). Selain itu, aplikasi ini dapat memberikan notifikasi terkait kejadian padam di sekitar lokasi maupun rumah Anda, termasuk ketika listrik sudah kembali menyala.

Poorly designed app

Cumbersome to use, once you paid there should be confirmation showing the token number so you can input that information right away, instead it shows some promotion, which you can’t close unless you close the app. The app doesn’t even show current transactions, you have to wait sometimes for hours, if you click on the activity page to see the token number you have just paid, yet another promotion app pop up blocking the page, which cannot be closed either unless you close the entire app. The purpose of the app is to help customers pay their electricity seamlessly not complicate the process, this is poorly designed

Cannot Make Payments due to Bug

The app has potential unfortunately it’s plagued with bugs. If making payments through e-wallet, the process is always stuck when confirming the payment and have little chance to be successful. Such a shame.
