I have never left a poor review before, but I was really disappointed with this app’s performance — specifically its customer support (meanwhile photo editing, uploading, etc. were all fine). I had accidentally placed an incomplete order expecting there to be greater verification and clearer order confirmation. This is my mistake due to my own assumptions.Since I did not wish to inconvenience my local Walmart staff with a faulty photo request, I decided to cancel the order immediately in advance of it printing. The app however provides no means of canceling an order except through contacting its customer service email within two hours of order placement. Therefore, I contacted Print Plus’ support immediately, I clarified my desire to cancel my order and apologized for any inconveniences. I received a help ticket confirming my email was accepted and would be responded back to. Fast forward several hours (6+) and I received a notification from Print Plus that my items printed anyway.I am disappointed this happened since it likely inconvenienced some Walmart employee’s time of no fault of their own. I also do not consider it fair this app places clear expectations of its customers, but then fails to reciprocate when it comes to their own customer services. For future recommendations, I’d suggest either improving customer support communication (timeliness, easier means of outreach like a phone #, etc.) OR updating the app so order cancellations can be made directly through the interface. Hopefully this review helps someone else or at least motivates Print Plus to improve their app and customer communication. Best wishes everyone!

Every time I’ve used this app it freezes. Several times I’ve had to redo my order 2 sometimes 3 times before I can place the order. It freezes every time I try to add more than one print or will completely shut down. I do like that when the order is placed Walmart gets the pictures and they are ready usually within an hour or so. This morning I needed pictures quick so I tried using this again. It took 4 times ordering and going through all of my pictures.....the app kept shutting off. I ordered one last time and it went right through but really didn’t let me read anything. It just placed the order. I ran to Walmart to pick them up and they were not there. The app sent my photos to another Walmart 15 miles away! When I was talking to the clerk he said he’s had a few customers that that has happened too. I’m deleting and going to try and find a more reliable way to get my photos.

Way too expensive and not transparent with price

BEWARE! This app is completely unnecessary. CVS, Walgreeens, and Wal-Mart all have a very easy way to order your prints at a much lower cost. Like, 9 or 10 cents per 4x6 directly with the store, AS OPPOSED TO OVER 40 CENTS PER PRINT on this app - what a rip off!!! Also, THIS APP DOES NOT TELL YOU UNTIL THE VERY END HOW MUCH IT COSTS PER PRINT!!! I assumed it was the same as I’d get by using Wal-Mart’s online photo app, so I gave it a try. After spending over an hour going through my phone and selecting pics and choosing the number of prints and in some cases cropping them properly, I came to find out that my prints would cost almost $80, when I could get them for about $30 if I had just ordered them directly from wal-mart. So I tried to cancel the order, and of course there is NO WAY TO MODIFY or even view prior orders. You cannot even connect with a person who represents the app. You have to call the store where the photos were sent to be processed. So I did that, and spent another 15 minutes trying to reach someone at the store and tell them my issue (bc the stores are so understaffed these days that you can hardly ever reach anyone when you call). I finally got through to someone in the photo dept at wal-mart who said she would go back and cancel the order. Hooray, right? Well, I just got an email saying that my prints are ready for pick-up. What a headache, and completely unnecessary! I wish I never would have been duped by this app and I’m writing this review now because I hope it will save other people some time and money!
Randomly shut down twice

After taking my time to choose 100 photos, the app just shut off on me while still on it. Now I have to start over which is frustrating. I’ll come back here and update review once I try again, if it shuts down on me again it’s keeping a 1 star.Update: I went back into the app and took two hours of my time to choose 1000 pics. Got to check out and chose pay method and then it said it needed to upload all my photos and started doing so, it counted up and got to the last 50 photos and app shut off again. Now this app has wasted a total of 2.5 hours of my time and I have no purchase. I went back in and the app didn’t even save my cart, back at zero just like the first time. Also not I worked at T-Mobile for 3 years and I’m a mobile expert so no it’s not my phone, update on my phone or app or wifi. This app is complete trash and now that it has wasted to much of my time I will delete it and leave this horrible review here. Don’t make an app to upload multiple pics if it’s not stable enough to handle it. I suggest firing whoever is in charge of software for this application. I’m DONE!
