The app is great but…

When I got into the app, it kept saying “Get subscription” blah blah blah so I decided to ignore it and when I was trying to delete more photos, cause that’s the whole purpose of the app, and it kept telling me “Get subscription!” I kept saying no and I couldn’t use the actual function of the app. Then when I tried getting out the app hit me with an add. 😭just my luck. But the app is amazing other than that!!

Thanks for the 5 stars! 🤩 We understand the subscription prompts and ads can be frustrating. 🗑️ They help us offer free cleaning tools. Our Premium version removes ads and unlocks all features for a seamless experience. We're glad you find the app amazing otherwise!

I can’t believe how many times I tried to use this application ok it’s just littered with advertisements okay? And whenever I click clean it pretty much does almost nothing and instead forces you to pay for the application instead, I understand people need the money to keep updating and supporting the app (talking about developers here) but WHEN YOU TRY TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE PAYING 4 DOLLARS A WEEK FOR THE APP *THAT IS PROBABLY GOING A LITTLE BIT TOO FAR* either use another storage cleaner or optimizer or turn off background app refresh, and/or otherwise tap offload unused apps and your good to go on you’re guys end instead. And DONT FALL FOR THE SAME TRICK I DID AS WELL ITS A MARKETING TRAP, I wouldn’t recommend this enough.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a cleaner for my phone. I get so bogged down, taking pictures of my child and then becoming busy with life and not being able to filter through them. I had a project to do and 21,000 pictures to sort through. This got rid of half of them because they were duplicates. This is perfection, in app form!

Thank you for your amazing review! We’re thrilled Boost Cleaner could help you clear out those duplicate photos and ease your photo management. Your feedback motivates us to keep improving. If you ever need assistance or have suggestions, feel free to reach out to us at boost.cleaner@sci-bronze.com

Disappointed & Frustrated!

I tried it and decided not to use it. I realized I didn't need it because it did not do what I needed or thought it would. I deleted it and at some point noticed a charge for it. Somehow I had mistakenly and unintentionally paid for an annual subscription. I also discovered I could not appeal or get out of the subscription or even change it to monrly or pay for what I had used. I communicated both with the app developer as well as with the Apple subscription service. Very frustrating and disappointing experience with both. I discovered I could only cancel the auto renewal for the annual subscription.
