Terrible design, requires you to create an account for a washer in front of you. Then it requires you to specify a credit card instead of integrating with Apple pay. Quite shortsighted design, please implement the simplest workflow as default.

One of the worst companies and apps I have ever used, I’m writing my first review of an app ever just to say how horrible they are. I have been scammed, can’t connect to customer service, and had my clothes not dry more times than I can count just in 2 months. Use any other service than this overpriced trash.

This app is horrendous. Overcomplicates what could have been a coin operated laundry, into unusable garbage. Remove it and let people use coins. This developer is the worst

Our hotel in France uses Washin for the washer and dryer but we had to put in a location code that wasn’t an option. The front desk clerk called someone who authorized the washer load. When I tried to use the dryer the same thing occurred and the receptionist was unavailable. I couldn’t call the help desk from my phone. I sent two messages to the Contact Us link with no response. After an hour with no luck I took the wet clothes to my room and hung them up to dry.
